Preheat the Indoor Outdoor Portable Grill to medium heat. Combine the ketchup and gochujang in a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Combine the ground beef and Korean Barbecue Rub in a medium bowl; mix gently until thoroughly combined. Place the insert into the base of the Burger & Slider Press; lightly spray the base and press with nonstick cooking spray. Using the Medium Scoop, place two scoops of the beef mixture into the base of the press and form into patties. Repeat with the remaining beef.
Place the burgers on the grill and cook uncovered for 6–8 minutes, turning once, or until the meat's internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C) for medium doneness.

Probably looks gross, but it's pretty tasty. I just added ground turkey, turkey bacon, Alfredo with basil, and pasta shells. My medication helped me to stop giving a fuck my body dysmorphic disorder and fitness culture. I've been eating a lot of shit lately. Anyways, after this hearty meal, I'll force myself to eat healthy again and do yoga via dvd. It feels better to do this not for vanity but for mortality and health. #selflove#basicbitchcooking#turkeybacon#groundturkey#povertymeal#cheapdinner#pasta#alfredo#easymeals
Finishing up the rest of my ground turkey/bison bolognese as the base for delicious lasagna! My sauce, ricotta, mozzarella and egg, sautéed spinach with garlic and I do love using the no-boil noodles. 45 min covered 20 min uncovered topped with parmesan. #lasagna#groundturkey

Currently making some bomb spaghetti with ground turkey meat, diced tomatoes, regular spaghetti pasta sauce, and Good ole whole wheat spaghetti noodles.
On top of that I'm almost a whole nother week into being back at into the swing of working out! or should I say Inspire and I are almost back into this swing 🤙🏾💪🏾💙 Also as a little bit of insight and inspiration I posted my boot camp graduation photo. Can you see me? The inspiration is to let you know that I had so much motivation in me that I was able to go into the Marine corps and come out with the few scratches on me but nevertheless with more knowledge and friendships that I could ever imagine! That alone outweighs any negative thoughts When it comes to the military. The camaraderie that you obtained amongst your brothers and sisters in the military is immense!
Well, I'm out of the military now but theTraining continues, and #thebatman 🦇 rises to the challenge!

Had lunch with the bestie @lizziebpoly for some much needed girl talk/career talk ☺️ we decided on one of our favorite lunch spots in town, Cherry Tree Tea Room. I had the #eggsalad that comes with a #salad on the side 😋 Then afternoon snack consisted of #babycarrots and cheese. After some gym time, I threw together another taco salad made with #groundturkey 😃 #dashdiet#eatyourveggies 🥗🥚🥕🧀
First Instapot meal attempt.......
Made some veggie & turkey stuffed sweet potatoes.
They were delicious!! Lessons learned:
1. Cook sweet potatoes longer, they were sort of al’dente 😝 not bad, but not cooked quite enough. (I did finish them off in the oven too but I guess just not for long enough)
2. I had to sauté the veggies separate from the turkey Due to the size of the pot—-To be more efficient, I could’ve easily sautéed the ground turkey and veggies together in the skillet on the stovetop as the sweet potatoes were cooking in the IP.
3. It’s weird how it makes no noise at all—I had to keep googling what the countdowns on the display meant cuz I wasn’t even sure it was on. Haaha
All in all I enjoyed the meal....and can see how it will be convenient to ‘bake’ sweet (or regular) potatoes way quicker than baking them.
Tonight I’m attempting my version of a healthier broccoli cheddar soup in the IP—-minus the heavy cream.
Wish me luck...... #InstantPotBeginner#StuffedSweetPotatoes#HealthyMeal#Veggies#GroundTurkey#EverythingButTheBagelSeasoning#CrushedRedPepper#Garlic#MoreGarlic#SuperYum#SuperFoods#EatTheRainbow
