Observing and becoming all of Earth's beauty as I travel into my heart and breathe deeply. With each breath I take, the deeper I travel. As the air moves through my lungs, it seems as if everything around and within me is getting quieter, simpler. All drama and chaos slowly dissipates. All that's left is stillness and love. several months ago, I stumbled upon a thread from a guy who had realized it had been several weeks since he had walked on a surface that wasn’t man made.. his house, to sidewalk, to car, sidewalk again, his office, and repeat in reverse. so naturally I reflected on how long it had been since I had grounded myself and was SHOOK. If you haven’t heard of grounding yet, it is essentially bringing your bare skin in contact with the electrons of the earth. Benefits include reduced chronic pain, reduced inflammation, boosting your immune system, improved sleep, and reduced stress. Simply from walking barefoot on the earth!

anxiety has always been a part of my life and recently it's become more of a constant. the part that sucks is, when I get down and I feel the anxiety creeping up I find myself not doing the things that I know help. Instead I binge watch tv, and ignore the anxiety & then tomorrow we start the cycle all over again.
Im making it a point this week to make some changes...

When you “sing” a bowl (rub the rim with the wooden or leather part of a stick) there are several things to consider. It's been a year since the start of part II of my fertility journey. I started seeing a holistic therapist, read a book that led me to contact an energy practitioner, and more recently read two inspiring books that led me to adapt my diet and let go some more. I now do exercises every day to ground myself, I say my thank you's, I talk to the universe, I talk to my spirit babies, I talk to my guides, I throw negative thoughts in a dumpster and off a cliff, I eat more healthily, I take time to just be, to meditate, to be quiet, I do Pilates to stretch my back, I listen to my intuition, I spend time in nature, I cry when I want to, I own my space, and more and more.
