One loves to climb while the other likes to be grounded, together they support each other. *
So important to have a support system for yourself.
Also important to teach your children and those around you the same.
While we can all fly independently, sometimes we need that extra push and extra support.
Know that it’s okay!

Feeling out of balanced & ungrounded over the holiday season? .
This time of year we all get a bit crazy, socialising too much, getting ill & run down. .
Self care is not selfish it’s important. Look after yourself, wheather that means taking a long hot bath, practising yoga with your mates or declining that party invite. 💕

If you follow the link in my bio you can receive some free and easy to use techniques on keeping grounded this Christmas. Or anytime.
It’s so easy to become ungrounded in today’s world that we may not even notice we are. Christmas is a time of joy but also potential triggers and extra demands for all of us. This makes for a great time to harness a little sound practice to guide us through the season.
I’ve used these techniques time and time again and had to lean into these even more of late whilst being ill. Nothing like an illness to throw stuff up! So I can attest for these techniques in times of need. .
We are constantly in relation to Sound. We simply are of sound. The whole world is sound. The techniques I’ve pulled together seek to be really simple ones that can be done even when time is limited and no equipment is needed. We are just harnessing that which is infinitely available to us....Like all the best therapies often are.
So sign up and download dear ones. Don’t use them as another thing to add to your to do list like a stick to beat you with, I hate all that ‘do these 4 things and your life will be transformed stuff’..... Do keep them close by and practice as often as you are called to. If you can do regularly, then great you’ll feel super charged! But you can also just use periodically and feel benefits. .
Link in bio (follow the fancy pop up box). With deep love.
The importance of a mentor goes far beyond most individuals thoughts
More ironically, most mentors who preach Mentorship forget to have mentors themselves and that is a scary thought -
No matter who you are, what your career is, where you are in your life, you can always be better! It is so important to have someone in your life who shows you the path and direction to where it is you want to go
Without Didi In my life, I don’t know where i would be. My mentors have shaped and changed my entire life. -
@brian.faught saved my life at age 18
@didiwongofficial Woman of the Decade gave me the direction and inspiration needed to take that next step -
@tammy.kling gave me the inner belief I needed as a World Changer
@ran.d.tate educated me on finding that one destination and focusing on only that
@karmamarv guided me to find my authentic inner voice and self -
@tobiasyoung now is my fitness coach changing and shaping me physical self as we speak
@jet_fuel_for_life saved my life and has stretched me as a coach giving me the guidance I need
A mentor in so many areas of my life and the reason for why I am who I am ❤️
So find a mentor, be a student and watch your dreams turn into reality -

Weighted blankets provide pressure and sensory input to the body. The pressure of the blanket provides proprioceptive input to the brain which then releases a hormone called serotonin, a calming agent in the body. Grounding blankets allow you to feel the benefits of earthing while you're inside of a building; the earth's natural electrons flow up through the grounding cord and through the blanket.
When your “perfect” little kitten swipes this piece of crystal from the buffet in the dining room, shattering it to little pieces. This belongs to a crystal decanter set that belonged to my grandmother 👵🏼 ☹️🙀💥💔 #VeryBadKitty#Sunny#RescueKitten#GroundedForLife

💗 HEARTBEATS 〰️ Stay away from anyone who makes you feel a mess or less. Self doubt is a traitor and people that try and bring you down to meet them or make them feel better should step aside. You must be encouraged to always believe in your infinite potential. Your only limitations are those you set upon yourself. Believe in yourself, your abilities and your own potential. Never let self-doubt hold you captive. You are worthy of all that you dream of and hope for. Your tribe always will cheer you on personally and above the crowd. Your tribe will be small but mighty like heartbeats 💗 and they’ll only want the best for you. They are light bringers, magic makers the world shifters and the game changers. They challenge you, uplift and expand you. 🔋They don’t let you play small or live small. (📸LOS ANGELES 2016)

Alhamdullilah, praise is He who keeps her safe!!! Cautionnery tale : this picture was taken after a trip the hospital where Anaya had to get her stomach pumped after ingesting some medicine... It happened really fast and it s a reminder to 1/ never let your kid out of sight
2/ always make sure medicines, no matter how harmless they seem, are kept out of reach whether it is at your home or at the people you visit.
Anaya doesnt know some medicine can be harmful and even if we have tried again and again to teach her not to touch bottles , and unknown objects today i couldnt avoid an accident.
Again i have to thank my dear sister in law for her quick thinking and may this serve as a reminder to everyone. This could have ended badly.... Even if the medicine she took was low dosage of thyroid medicine we can never be too cautious and that s why we ended up giving her stomach wash even as she was showing no symptom, pain or problem. Better be safe than sorry... Anaya was a warrior all along and started smiling and laughing the minute the tube was out of her nose... She keeps amazing me everyday in her strengh and resilience.
Alhamdullilah, praise is He who kept her safe
"So which way is the wind blowin', And what does your heart say?"🙏 The picture above was a great day. I was coming to the end of my 300hr teacher traning in Peru with @jaya.prada.radhika. I did my very frst yoga video and photoshoot @samadhisacredvalley. There were feelings of fear, feelings of being self conscious as to how I would look, how my practice would be viewed by others all over the world, including friends, family, teachers and fellow practitioners. Of course there were deep moments where I would say "Ew that's a bad angle, I wish my stomach was flatter, I wish my body was better allinged, I wish I held the pose longer". But as I look back at that video and those pictures and really REALLY look at expressions on my face and the way my body moved, I see a girl with strength, a girl who who has SO much passion for doing what she loves, a girl who pushed past so many fears to be in this very moment, a girl who embraced her beauty inside and out, a girl that is on this deep path of internal work and self discovery. Not only shooting a video with a very well renowned photographer but leaving home to go half way across the world all by myself for a month to an unfamiliar land not knowing anyone BUT knowing I had that commitment to learn more about to myself as a yoga teacher, as a practitioner, as a student of life jumping into fear full force. But I had that commitment to embrace and face all the human things we experience when we are presented with fear of the unknown.
So my wish for you is to notice why you are fearful and try to recognize what you can learn from the fear you are experiencing.
Take that step, trust your heart and believe you have have the strength!
And embrace your beauty, as you are RIGHT NOW. 👊
Take a walk on the wild side! Yes?! 😉🙌
Trust the process.
Trust the journey.
Happy Friday beauties. ❤
