Я, чесно кажучи, не знаю як встигнути в сучасному світі бути успішною як в кар’єрному так і в особистому житті, при цьому зберігаючи енергетично-ресурсний баланс і не зійти з розуму?!!🤷🏻♀️ я от прихильник золотої середини але де воно і з чим його їдять 🧐 поки ще не найшла. У мене все перевалює з одного важелю на інший і то з такими перепадами шо зашкалює.

In yoga, feeling pain is a signal you are pushing too far without support or adjustment, I think that’s true in life too.
