Here I am doing standing kettlebell bicep curls.
Using kettlebells on curls are a great muscle builder. Due to the design of kettlebells, there's significantly more tension throughout the movement, including the top contracted position. As a result you'll get greater muscle fiber innervation and motor unit recruitment 👌
Another great thing about using kettlebells for bicep curls is they are great for preventing cheating from swinging because of the way the kettlebell is held and designed it will swing into your forearm and feel quite unpleasant feeling.
