Hello good day guys. We wanted to share some halftones printing using our popular rubberise Standard Colour Waterbased ink and our photo emulsion, Photocure TX6. .
The printing are really looking good and soft hand feel, printed by our screen printing department. So here we put all the details how they doing and what kind of equipment and tools they use. .
The result based on the setting below. If you are using different setting or equipment, result may be slightly different.
Emulsion : Photocure TX6.
Coating : Apply 1 layer only (outside frame)
Exposure time : 20 second
Exposure machine : Pendaflour 18W, 10 pcs.
Distance from lamp to Screen : 6 inch.
Mirror thickness : 4mm x 2 pcs (total 8mm).
Screen washout : Using Air compressor.
Film : Semi transparent for inkjet printer.
Printer : Epson L1300 ( Accurip setting - Dropweight 6, 720 x 1440 dpi )
Grayscale 2 colour.
Dotting : 40 Lpi.
Ink : Rubberise Waterbased PRINCHEM.
Underbase : Medium gray (White EBW12 + Rubberise Black) - 1 layer, 2 stroke.
Highlight : Light grey (White 383W + Rubberise Black) - 1 layer, 1 stroke.
Technic : Pull stroke
Mesh : 47T / 1200.
Squeegee : V shape (Hardness 85).
