Have just spent the last few days with my father who breeds high quality 100% only grass fed Angus cattle in Australia. We have been visiting grass fed Angus studs to perfect the model to produce the highest quality healthiest meat product in the world! These farmers we work with are sprouting grains and putting together a highly nutritious mix of grasses (top secret☺️) and other natural supplements to give these cattle a natural superfood diet and they are the healthiest looking cattle I’ve ever seen. And I would know as I grew up on a cattle farm in Australia. Very interesting and educational. The marbling in the meat is around a #3 (google it) exciting times ahead for this highly nutritious and delicious protein source! @metabolic_mike @maxlugavere @tombilyeu thoughts gentlemen? #healthymeats#grassfed#angus#grassfedangus#impacttheory#geniusfoods#highintensityhealth#ketofood#thefutureofnutrition

Read the verified Amazon reviews! World’s best tasting protein! Find it on Amazon or eBay! This isn’t just one more whey protein with nothing new to offer in an already over-crowded category, this is an exclusive blend of 6 premium quality protein sources designed to provide fast, medium and slow release so you experience the anabolic benefits for hours!
Let’s highlight the 6 Grass Fed Whey Protein sources in this innovative new formula:
Hydrolyzed Whey Isolate and Hydrolyzed Whey Concentrate – Hydrolyzed whey is a relatively new form of whey protein that has been broken down into much smaller particles resulting in faster digestion time – typically just over an hour - and superior absorption. 100% WHEY by AlphaPro Nutrition uses both Hydrolyzed Isolate and Hydrolyzed Concentrate, dramatically increasing the absorption capability of this advanced product!
Whey Concentrate –This version of whey protein is a high quality source and typically contains about 80% protein. Whey Concentrate is a very popular, good tasting protein source that has a digestion rate of less than two hours, like most forms of whey; this is the ideal post-workout and early morning choice.
Whey Isolate – This is the highest quality, purest whey protein source available and contains a protein content of 90%! This version of whey protein is naturally very low in fat and sugar and has a rate of digestion of just over 2 hours.
Whey Peptides – The process of hydrolysis breaks whey protein down into components called peptides, which are simply smaller protein particles. In fact, whey peptides go a little father than hydrolysates as far as how small these protein particles become. This process creates a protein source that is absorbed in under an hour!
Micellar Whey – Micellar has, up until now, been known as a casein protein that features an extended digestion rate, making it perfect for those individuals that are forced, for one reason or another, to go several hours beyond a scheduled protein feeding. I see a lot of new faces here! I figure a quick reintroduction is in order. Hi! I’m Anna 🙋🏼♀️ I live on 18.6 acres with my beautifully blended family in the PNW. I fell in love with a rugged man named Aaron and we combined our worlds about 3 years ago. A city girl and a hobby farmer, who knew! Between us, we have a son (11) and two daughters (10 and 6). All of us are so much better together.
We’ve expanded our herd to raise Highland cattle, Boer goats, Katahdin sheep, a gaggle of turkeys, a flock of egg layers, a flock of meat chickens, New Zealand rabbits and Karakachans, a rare breed of large guardian dogs. Oh, and we currently have a litter of barn kittens. I know what you’re thinking, we should probably get more animals.
I started this Instablog to connect with other farmers. Most of our friends and family are city folk. What's normal to us is far from it to them. I find myself trying to explain that we’re not a slaughter house but like, also not little house on the prairie. And yeah, there’s a lot of poop. You get used to it. ▪
3 months ago I said to myself, why not share the pictures I’m already taking and put a little context behind it?! "Shed some light on the subject", as my mom would say. Since then, the rural community I've found myself in has been more than I ever hoped for. Thank you for letting me in to your world. And welcome to mine!
The contemporary open kitchen of @DistrictBrasserie, complete with the well-loved Spanish Josper oven blasting away, is what influenced John Vissaritis when creating his carefully designed, produce-driven menu. "We had a test kitchen for the menu items - deciding how to put the items together. The main objective was to understand the oven and the charcoal. The oven reaches 500 degrees, so we want to make sure we charcoal the meat just enough, and at the same time produce a tender, juicy centre."
Raised in lush Gippsland, these carefully selected, British-bred cattle graze free-range on natural, nutrient-rich pastures.

Lovely work by @melissacowanphotography
We could talk about how much we love what we do, that quality meat and meat cuts matter most to us, that we back our fabulous suppliers and farmers...but for a moment, we'll let our awards do all the talking ☺️ #buylocal
Meatloaf. It is the answer.
Quick. Easy. It will have you yelling
“MOM, THE MEATLOAF!!!! WE WANT IT NOW!” before you know it.
This is a mix of beef and pork, with added chopped carrots, shallots, and green onions. Shape into loaf, bake for an hour at 350.
Served a’top apples and slaw.
Nothing like having grassfed meat 🐖🐄🐓 delivered right to your door.
This is my 3rd shipment and I am in love with cooking and eating this meat.
The quality of meat is top notch and the taste is absolutely to die for.
As @joerogan said, “Buying a lb of grassfed meat is the most vegan thing you can do in a grocery store.” From listening to Joe Rogan and other meat enthusiasts I have a goal to go out, hunt, kill, gut and eat an animal myself.
I agree the commercial meat industry in the U.S. is nasty and disgusting. That’s why I have been buying my meat from butcher box and all organic grassfed from any butcher. #themagicpill
You won’t regret it.
'Dem bones 👌 Roasted grass fed beef bones from a neighboring farm. Ready to be popped in the pressure cooker. Nothing goes to waste, all the vitamins and minerals stored in those bones from being raised well. Broth for dinner tonight and I cant wait. #bonebroth
Some of my faves in one bowl: zoodles, @twrgrassfedbeef sausages, artichoke hearts, fresh basil, and sun dried tomatoes 🍅
Search “Zasta” on the blog for this recipe— it’s a total must-make before the end of summer!!
So my dad ate my meatballs last night (see previous post) and loved them. But then left me a message this afternoon that he was having the left overs and told me that these were seriously the best meatballs he’s ever had!!! 😱😵 OMG, I hope grandma, Leona Kammermann didn’t hear that!! I laugh when I hear people say that our meat is the best they ever had, and we hear it often. It’s not because I put some secret spices in it, in fact all I did was take 2 lbs of our grass fed ground beef, 1 lb of our pasture raised ground pork, Himalayan salt, fresh ground pepper and some of our eggs to bind it. I mixed it well, molded balls of meat and baked them for 45 minutes at 350. Pasture raised meat flavor stands alone. Francisco is always telling our customers that all he does is add a pinch of salt and pepper. You do not need to add much because the flavor of the meat is savory, filling and satisfying. #pastureraised#grassfed#meatballs
