👩🏻‍🍳Benim granola tarifim:
- 1.5 su bardağı yulaf ezmesi
- 1 avuç çiğ fındık ve badem
- 3 tam ceviz
- 3 adet hurma püresi (2yk süt ile)
- 2 adet kuru incir ( suda beklet ve minik minik doğra) - 1 avuç; üzüm kurusu,çilek kurusu ve vişne kurusu
- 3 yemek kaşığı kakao (isteğe bağlı)
- 2 yemek kaşığı zeytin yağı
✨Tüm malzemelerimizi bir kaba ekleyip karıştırıyoruz fırın tepsisine yağlı kağıdı serip üzerine karışımımızı güzelce yayıyoruz. 150 derecede ısınan fırınımıza veriyoruzz , 10 dakika sonra alıp spatula ile karıştırıp tekrar fırına veriyoruz.5 dakika sonra tekrar aynı işlemi yapıp geri fırına veriyoruz. 5 dakika daha fırınlandıktan sonra tepsimizi çıkarıp soğumaya bırakıyoruzz 😌

Meine Ausbeute von @veganz kann sich echt sehen lassen 😅 Endlich habe ich wieder etwas von meinem geliebten Coconut-Lemon Proteinshake 🥥🍋💕 Mein Matchapulver war auch gerade leer und das von Veganz hatte ich noch nie, ich bin gespannt! 🍵 Ein paar der anderen Sachen wollte ich schon länger mal ausprobieren, besonders die Müslis mit Milchsäurekulturen 🌾 Durch das Fermentieren habe ich mich schon oft mit den positiven Effekten von Milchsäurekulturen beschäftigt und bin gespannt, ob man das im Müsli rausschmeckt. Auch auf diese ganzen neuen Proteinprodukte bin ich gespannt, wie die Protein Balls und die Protein-Nussmischungen 🥜
‼️ Übrigens: es gibt noch bis zum 23. Juli 25% im Veganz-Onlineshop 🤗 (Das hier ist übrigens keine bezahlte Partnerschaft oder so. Cripines de maíz:  En base a maíz. 
Semolina de maíz: Contiene una alta cantidad de fibra que fomenta la síntesis de HDL. 
Harina de arroz: No contiene gluten, podemos encontrar vitaminas del complejo B.
 Polidextrosa: Es una fuente de fibra soluble con efecto prebiótico , en gran cantidad produce meteorismo o efecto laxante.
 Isomaltitol: Es un edulcorante artificial , puede tener efecto laxante,

I don’t normally eat my first meal until about noon. I usually start my day off w/ a juice or smoothie from @fraziersfreshjuicebar. Today, I decided to put it in a bowl & add a few extras. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Although, I haven’t completely omitted dairy from my diet, I don’t eat much of it these days w/ the exception of eggs. I came across some dairy free & soy free yogurts at @shopritestores. I’m not a fan of soy. I must say that I’m happy w/ the @lovemysilk Almondmilk yogurt alternative. 👌🏾

Homemade. Grain-free. Manuka Granola.  1 c raw almonds, 1/2 c raw cashews, 1/2 c raw walnuts, 1/3 raw pumpkin seeds, 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds, 1/2 c unsweetened coconut flakes, 1/2 c coconut oil, 1/3 cup Manuka honey, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp cinnamon
& 1 c dried cranberries
Oven: 275 degrees
Blender: almonds, cashews, and coconut flakes (blend slightly)
Saucepan: coconut oil, honey, cinnamon - med-high heat 4 min. 
Remove heat, stir in remaining ingredients (may wish to press in cranberries after cooking)
Spread on baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 20 min

I have to be careful with how much dairy I have in my diet so most of the time I opt for Almond Milk instead. Today’s breakfast bowl
Too hot to eat warm food.. Just made this granola (ish) for lunch since I don't buy granola that often, much healthier and taste better imo! This is two servings, I have it on top of a yoghurt/quark mix that you can find at Lidl. Really easy to make, recipe below 👇 
Oats (I used 1 dl fiber oats and 1 dl regular) 
Pumpkin seeds 
Almonds 
Honey
Cinnamon 
Cardamom 
Coconut oil
Water 
Roast the oats in a little bit of coconut oil (just so it doesn't get burned) in a pan for a few minutes as you add some water to make it a little "chunky". Use a spoon to add a small amount, add more til you're satisfied and it looks like granola. Now add the pumpkin seeds and the chopped almonds, curl honey over and mix it around. Season with cinnamon and a little cardamom. Roast until as crunchy as you wish. 
You can mix whatever seeds and nuts you want and use stevia or some other sweetener if you'd like 😁 Enjoy!! #food #granola #lunch #letseat #hungry #yummy😋

Du coup je fais mon propre #granola maison maintenant avec des ingrédients qui ne coûtent rien ici (Ca change de la France ahah) : #avoine, graines de chia, graines de lin, #sésame, #amandes et coco râpée ! 👩🏼‍🍳 Kiehauta öljy ja hunaja kattilassa. Lisää kaurahiutaleet, kaikki siemenet ja suola. Sekoita huolellisesti (jouluversioon lisäisin tässä vaiheessa kanelia tai piparkakkumaustetta). Levitä uunipellille leivinpaperin päälle. Paista 150 asteisessa uunissa noin 30-45 min. Sekoita välillä! .

Paahdon jälkeen sekoita muut härpäkkeet (🍓) joukkoon, anna jäähtyä, purkita ja muista myös syödä. 😜

Manger et se faire plaisir , un plaisir avec une alimentation saine. Je vous propose un Granola, mais pas un simple granola, un fait maison! Merci à @hannagabsi12 pour les conseils ! 
J'aime prendre mon granola avec du lait d'amande!

Voici ma recette 🍍300 g de flocons d’avoine
🍍150 g d’un mélange amande et noisettes grossièrement mixé
🍍2 CS d’huile de noix 🍍4 CS de sirop d’agave
🍍1 CC de mélange d’épices Faites en fonction de vos desire moi j'aime bien la cannelle 🍍Une petite poignée de fruits rouges. Pour cette recette  j'ai mis des fruits rouge et des dattes. ==> Enfourner 10 minutes à  150°C.
