So we have pretty much finished the wood store and loaded it up with all our timber 🙂
I have to admit that as Phil was the one who bought most of the wood I really didn’t have a full idea of what we had and have been very pleasantly surprised with both the quantity and quality of what I have at hand to use in the future 😁
Excited to get to use a lot of these, especially when you have gorgeous grain like the burr oak we planed earlier (final two images)! 🌳 It truly is a work of art from nature!
I rescued this lovely piece of furniture before the heavy rains yesterday. Would anyone like it? It could use a good clean but is in decent condition and has eight drawers!
Its dimensions are:
112cm W x 74.5 H x 49cm D
Teak on Teak on Teak.
Fresh picked Teak cutting board and serving tray designed by Jens Quistgaard for Dansk of Denmark, enveloped by newly found vintage Teak placemats resting upon our beautifully grained Mid Century Modern Teak table.
I’ve finally finished a project that was started early 2018. A dining table design inspired by @anawhitediy and as always I put own little twist on it. This is a very sturdy build made up of mostly pine. Herringbone pattern on the top was my design and it turned out very well once the stain and polyurethane was applied. This table was configured to set in a breakfast nook and can seat up to 6 people comfortably. I truly enjoyed building this and look forward to the next one. Enjoy the pics! #fozziesbuilds#gotwood
