🚨🚨PR/Kind of Emotional Post Alert🚨🚨
This was the last set of a 5x3. I did 1 set at 185, 1 at 205 and then 2 at 225. 2 weeks ago my max was 215. I was so excited when sean said we should put on 225. It felt awesome and I did 2 really great sets. The third I didn't finish but IDGAF I didn7 reps 10 pounds over my max.
The reason why this is kind of emotional for me, is 1 year ago I couldn't even do a bodyweight squat. I didnt have the strength or mobility to do it. Now I am doing it with 225 on my back. 8 months ago this was my comp PR for deadlift. I am so incredibly happy. There arent words to describe this feeling. Having a bar put in my hands has seriously been a life changing experience.
