Cauliflower rice...have you tried it? Let me say it’s pretty darn good! Being a food blogger along with critic I am let’s be honest a “food snob”. Sorry. And I eat so many tasty but in reality not so healthy things more than I’d like to admit. So during the week healthy me had to kick in. And in my week I discovered this goodness! Add a little pink salt and crushed black pepper to it and you’re set! So good! Promise.
Buddha bowl obsession I know 🙈😂
Too good not to share! This was SO TASTY!! #buddhabowls

Organic satay tofu
Roasted sweet potatoe
SO GOOD!!! I’m quiet a fussy eater, so I always check the menus of where I’m heading before I go so I have an idea of what they offer, I check online & ask locals (if I’m not in my town) too of nice places! So this place was a score👌🏼food was great & vibes cool 💚 #coolvibes
There’s one other place on the radar I’m ABSOLUTELY going to before I leave to have the açai bowl 🤷🏽♀️ their menu is developed around the use of fresh seasonal produce, organic local product & produce, highest quality ingredients for maximum flavour and nutrition #inlovealready 😂 just need to figure out what the twins will have (I’m thinking I feed them before we go & they can just have a drink) coz I’m not sure they will eat what’s on the menu! #mumlifedilemmas 🙉
Stay tuned! You know what’s coming 👉#acaibowl#eatwell#lunchgoals#buddhabowl#healthyandfitmummy
It’s almost winter time in Cleveland and that translates to warm comforting soups and stews in my kitchen. Paya Soup/bone broth curry is made extensively during winter months because of the wonders it can do for your immune system. The immunity levels tend to be the lowest during winters and your body becomes vulnerable to catch infections. To counter this, you need to fortify yourself from within with the maximum inflow of vitamins. A bowl of warm Paya soup can come in handy to offer protection. It keeps your body hydrated and can also be a good source of protein and vitamins. And let's not forget, the wonderful flavors of the stew which are always delightful to sip on.
Here are the stages of making my absolute fav bone broth curry. Traditionally called Paya in the Indian sub continent.
STUDIO CLOSED TODAY - sorry folks I’m too snotty to teach today so am resting up and getting as much goodness into me so that I bounce back quickly. It’s always a good idea to listen to your body and back off when you need to. See you back in the studio soon and there’s no reason that you can’t do your homework in between classes- you know what it is!! #goodnessinabowl#pilatesmarrickville#listentoyourbody
The only times I ever really make porridge is either when I’m sick or skiing. Unfortunately this isn’t a case for the latter. Hopefully a bowl of apple, raisin and cinnamon porridge, topped with some chopped walnuts will do the trick! #porridge#actuallyhavingtimeforbreakfast#goodnessinabowl
