Great Dinner with a fabulous desert. Starting with desert, flan with berries and caramel... nuff said. The food was dope. Had the Palm Hearts with Shrimp tostada, a creative take on Ceviche, blood sausage made in house with a blend of peppers and spices charred baguette, salsa criolla that create a unique but tasteful texture and finally a sea bass with an excellent citrusy sauce. #goodeating#gauchogrilldowney#goodfood

Dinner. Pressure cooked beans and cotija queso, potatoe tacos and ground turkey with tomatillo salsa and mangoes for a sweet sensation. Everything minus the cheese is from scratch. That way you know what's going in it. And of course, I can't go without a stout. Made me some hash browns for breakfast tomorrow. The directions on the bag say to heat up 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and cook the potatoes. Ummm no!! I don't like my fats to be spent on oils, so instead I baked them in the oven on 400 degrees for 18 min. They are going to be so good and I can save my fats for my cheese and avocado! #goodeating#shiraneefit#heathyfoods
