And as their teacher your knowledge of Life and Nature to them you ought to tell.. And teach them to respect our Mother Earth the one who feeds us all. And in years from now to you they will be grateful when memories of you they will recall.
The children are the future of Humanity but for guidance on you they do depend.. They need you as a mentor and they need you as a friend. Children are innocent and easily led astray good role models they do need.. That you have been chosen as their mentor to you is a great honour indeed.
Children who do not have good role models in life are easily led astray. That they do not receive a fair go does seem so sad to say

For wronging children in any way there cannot be an excuse. As the teacher of the children you've been chosen for to lead.

So getting "ARMD" is more than training just biceps, I've always had pretty decent arms since I was young but I think that's because my grandma gave me 8-10lbs dumbbells whenever I was 8 years old for Christmas
OK, so lets go over some "tips" for massive arms!
1). Train all the muscle We want to train all the muscles that make up the arm, so do not neglect the tricep along with the bicep. Also a major contributor to the size of your arm is a muscle called the brachialis. The size of the arm is not just biceps but the total circumference 2). Progressive Overload You will hear this time and time again, but you need to track and progress in your lifts. Strength is a direct correlation to growth, so be mindful in getting stronger and getting stronger in the compounds as they have a carry over to the smaller muscles groups beside their main focused muscle group, ie Bench Press. I also like the Close Grip Bench Press as well for the triceps, a definitely mass gainer.
3). High Protein -Gotta feed the muscle, the muscle does not grow in the gym but only in rest and recovery and if you are not eating the correct macros nutrients, "protein" being one of the most important of the three, you will not carry the correct amino profile for optimal muscle growth. Also if you are in a caloric deficit, it's going to make it that much harder to put on size. I choose to either cut or lean gain as I know that gainer sizing and cutting at the same time is near impossible at my level .
