Back at it with parmesan crisps except, this time, I have a recipe for it (link in bio). 🙌 I was introduced to these crisps years ago when I organized a cooking event for my company's employee corporate wellness program at Sur La Table. It felt so good learning how to make something as easy and tasty as these parmesan crisps!
Form small mounds of shredded parmesan cheese onto a baking sheet, pat them down until mostly flattened, sprinkle season of choice, and bake at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes (or until they're golden brown and can hold its shape).
They're crunchy and cheesy and great on salads, pastas, and soups, or dipped in marinara sauce. Enjoy!
