Was ein geniales Wochenende!!! Nach gestrigen hartem Training und Profirennen-Anschreierei, durfte ich heute, 2 Wochen vor meinem Hauptziel der Saison, in einem tollen Team noch mal bissl Alsterwasser schlürfen und die mega Hamburger Kulisse auf der Strecke genießen - dabei ausversehen eine neue Bestzeit gemacht und mit dem Team den Sieg geholt! Das war ein tolles Wochenende...! Herhjemme bliver jeg kaldt for moller evige træt og det er stort set hver dag 😅🤷🏽♀️
Jeg kan lide og træne, jeg tvinger ikke mig selv til og gøre noget jeg ikke kan lide.
Så synes jeg ligesom, at kosten følger med når man træner en del som jeg gør, hvis man vil se resultater må man knokle for det 🙋🏽♀️ Det er den eneste vej frem.
Man kan sagtens godt lave almindelig hverdags mad med børn involveret, det skal ikke gøres sværere for dig selv.
Lav en dobbelt portion, mix nogle grøntsager, byt lasagne pladerne ud med squash stykker (f.eks. den del som skal være dit) også har du til nogle dage til madpakken.

Question: does anybody prepare for marriage, or just prepare for their wedding day? I have found that most couples put so much time and energy into the “big day” that they fail to actually prepare for what comes after. Preparing well for marriage means asking each other all the hard questions. Finances, intimacy, in-laws, and religion are a few of the big ones. Being able to truly identify that you both are on the same page starting day 1 will make things so much easier! 💕🌸
I wasn’t going to paddle this season. I had/have so much on my plate (all things I love to do) like kids’ activities, work, volunteer commitments, my business, and generally striving for everything to run perfectly in life. I didn’t want to half-ass commit to @hawaiiancanoeclub and my teammates so I thought I would just watch this season.
Soooo stoked Coach @kaikabear called and asked if I could “fill in for missing girls” the first race because it reminded me that no matter how busy life is, I can make time for the things that are important to me.
This Open 4 Women race was pretty epic. Racing a canoe with 4 women instead of 6 is a test of strength and grit. I got to race with @baileyrebeccaroberts for the first time, epic! @meowghannn , in seat 2, is the strongest and mellowest paddler in our division. And watch @theresaeric be the biggest 🔨 in seat 6. Holy smokes she is amazing!
She didn’t say a word the first 1/4 mile so I thought something was wrong (i.e. we were loosing) but now I see she was hammering with us—no need to talk just paddle!
While we did win this race (swipe ➡️ to see the finish) the lesson is about leaving perfectionism and fear on the shore, jumping in, committing, and figuring it out. Good things happen when you go for it!
Go for it. Now is the time. Don’t delay.
Living your dreams is not selfish. It’s a great service to everyone.
Be a demonstration of inspiration, of abundance , of possibility.
Look at all of the areas of your life. Where can you live your dream life more now?
This isn’t about acquiring things...it’s not about excess...it’s about what would you genuinely love to experience , be, do, or have.
Anything created and lived from that vibration will uplift the planet and spread the vibration of love, limitlessness, and abundance.
You don’t have to put a lot of focus on your “self” just be honest, clear, and intentional about creating and living what lights you up the most..your dream life.
Don’t leave yourself out of the equation.
It’s interesting , The more you include yourself the less you actually have to focus on yourself and “getting” your own desires met.
When you are truly in this state of receiving ..going for your ultimate ,(which a lot of “ givers” aren’t ) then you can primarily focus on serving others..serving love...and everything that lights you up...your dream life will just happen.

R2D2...I’m trying again.
What I learned in R1...eating Whole30 style made me feel incredible.
What I learned during reintroduction...not much as I wasn’t disciplined and ate a bunch of rubbish right away.
What I learned the weeks after...as I’ve basically reverted to my old style of eating, ie...not good...I realize I feel like crap.
Trying this again, this time I will not eat so many larabars, I will drink more water, and I’ll eat 3 meals a day. Most importantly, when it comes to reintroduction time...I WILL take it slow and pay attention to what messes up my balance. .
