At the end of today’s therapy session
I was very confused that even though I’m completely aware that I go to my old pattern of behavior,
It is so hard for me to start acting in a new you.
And she told me: «Let’s take mouse steps».
I didn’t appreciate the metaphor in the beginning,
Given my very recent encounter with this creature.
But now I understand that in some matters
Even baby steps might seem huge.
We might need more time to get to where we want to be.
It’s important to not push too hard,
To make this change with the most care and love,
And really really take your time and
Take mouse steps.
Today's the day! It's time for you to get what's yours and that starts by taking action today. Stop waiting for what you want to just show up in your lap unannounced because it may never come.
I started my entrepreneurship journey just five months ago and can't believe I waited as long as I did. I'm so glad I started, but wish I had started even sooner. I had been holding off worried about the upfront cost and what others might think. Looking back now, I really those weren't the real reasons, I was honestly scared I might fail in my venture.
One day I just decided, this is it. I'm going for it. I had been going back and forth on my decision to start my own business for months, but couldn't stop thinking about it. As soon as I made the decision, it was such as relief! I could stop pondering the choice and focus all that wasted energy on getting what it was I truly wanted - an extra income, recognition, and the opportunity to shape my future and my business how I want it.
Whatever your reasons are, whether you're waiting until you have more time or you're hesitating because you're not sure you can afford it, it's time to take the first step toward getting what you want.

Often times we set goals and when they don’t happen in a few weeks, months or even years we give it. Your goals shouldn’t be effected by time or others opinions.
Today I accomplished a goal that I’ve been trying off and on since I was probably 10 or 11 years old. I’ve always wanted to ski! When I was little I almost had it when I got extremely sick on that trip and couldn’t try any more. I tried again as I got older and again and it just wasn’t happening. I was even told I was to old to be trying anymore a few years back.
I have done the splits more times than I can count. I’ve pulled muscles I didn’t know I had. I’ve tried until I physically couldn’t pull myself into the boat but my goal was to ski before I die!! Today I skied!!! It wasn’t the prettiest thing but I did it!!! Goals should never have a time frame💪🏻 Ps. I might not be moving very fast tomorrow 😂
Always control the weight.. don’t let the weight control you. You can’t just go through the motion. The negatives are as important as the positives. If you can’t handle the weight, take less and let your muscle blow till you can’t stand the burn in your muscle !
The sea. The biggest area of what this world has to offer. Definitely something you need to respect, and at the same time so breathtaking and easy. Is does actually sometimes feels like our dreams comes out of just looking into the horizon, and here in Bali you could be looking at it for months 🙏 #solotraveler
