Or all FOUR! ●What did you want to be when you grew up at the age of 6 and 7? ● From what I remember I always wanted to teach! I would come home from school, excited to play school! I would do my homework on the bus so I could get home to my stuffed animals...because I wasn't a doll girl...my brothers would make me scared of them and let's be HONEST, they can look a little creepy! But MOM LIFE with my stuffies for SURE! ● I LOVED playing school, and being the TEACHER! As I got older and started to see more woman role models and reading about them, I also decided in 4th grade that I wanted to be a COUNSELOR, and provide therapy and help to others! (In 5th grade I wanted to be a lawyer....I think I just like winning arguments...that's covered as WIFEY! 😂) ●It's crazy to look back and see how much of an impact those WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GROW UP? lessons can be! It plants a seed for sure! ●Fast Forward »»»»»» to TODAY... I'm a MOM! I've been a TEACHER for 10 years! I have my MASTERS in SCHOOL COUNSELING! I am getting ready to be a LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR in the next MONTH! And I'm doing this SIDE gig, doing LIFESTYLE COACHING that has been so much FUN! ●My job requirements for lifestyle coaching: get healthy and fit with the support of AMAZING woman, motivate others, post on social media, help others reach their goals, all of this while getting PAID to do it! ●Let me know if you're ready to take the leap with me on my SIDE gig and I will become your mentor in this coaching gig. **** AGE DISCLOSURE: I always saw my TEACHERS in these blue jean dresses in the 80’s and 90’s, SO in honor of them I wear it today on TEACHER TUESDAY!

-Do have my beach bars YASSSS... And realized yesterday that TODAY is the day of my 2B certification.
So, I am getting ready to have a zoom call with the creator Ilana and all the others in the class...in the wreck of my living room. Ha!
I am excited to tell her that through this very stressful and emotional month of moving that 2B has been a saving grace for me.
i cant even imagine what "old Tina" would have been like through the process...glad i will never know 😍

Why, so he can exhaust you with more shallowness and tell you how sorry and mistaken he was.
No, in my opinion, not worth it.
When he gets the bitchy and high maintenance chick that he would rather front and his days are filled with miserable regret because he missed his chance with a hot down to earth girl before she loss the weight and having loss the weight and that girl, the same girl, just different body decides to ignore him overall....that's where the regret comes in that may ebb at him for the rest of his life.

Time is an interesting thing. It passes so subtlety that we hard notice it. .
Minutes become hours which become days. Our days turn into weeks and before long, years are passing with hardly a notice. .
I’m reminded of what Jim Rohn said, “Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can’t get more time.”
I think the sweet spot is found in cherishing time without being anxious about its passing. .

Unfortunately at the end of the day no matter what you consume, it all adds up to CALORIES💯 and unfortunately SNACKING on whatever you can get your hands on 🙈 will be enough to prevent you from making progress🙈
At the end of the day.......................
👑KING TO FAT LOSS= CALORIC DEFICIT
meaning it will always come down to...
CALORIES IN.....VS..... CALORIES OUT ✅
Snacking is a road block to your transformation success, if your routinely having calories between meals, your now the opposite to fat loss friendly..
If you are getting hungry between meals, it may pay to look at what factors may be causing this..
▪️managing sleep correctly ▪️stress management ▪️hydration ▪️correct protein intake ▪️fibre ———————————————————————-
If you do find yourself getting hungry between meals, it may pay to look at what foods you are consuming...
Are you consuming to many calorie dense foods, which aren’t filling❌... Then maybe try swapping some of these out to help increase volume of food ✅💯 which will keep you feeling fuller for longer 😉
Being mindful of calories- try tracking your food intake this will help with mindfulness of portion sizes✅ ———————————————————————-
At the end of the day it will come down to your personal willpower, if you want your results bad enough 😉 then sometimes it will just come down to resisting temptations, keeping consistency going! Staying in a caloric deficit, putting in the hard work, and the results follow 💯💯💯
