3 days into my “reset” diet and I’m already feeling less fat 🤣 And surprisingly no headache from having zero starches! BUT, I’m tired - like the only thing I’ve wanted to do since I woke up this morning is go back to bed 😴 ..

Did my menu and shopping for the week so I’m all set! Not much food prep to do at all! It was time consuming putting together the menu but it will save me time the rest of the week. Planning ahead saves sanity!!! ..

I’d like to throw out a big Sunday Shoutout to my badass Team K client, @kezanlee. 
Kezan started her prep with me around 14 weeks ago. 
Her commitment and dedication to this prep has been absolutely unparalleled. Like every athlete out there, Kezan has had to contend with some crazy life challenges along the way. But through all of them she kept her head down, put in the work, kept training smart, and would not lose sight of her goal. And here we are, just over half way through her prep and taking a diet break! 
This is the luxury that a long, smart prep, steeped in science affords an athlete. 
Kezan was feeling run down, her recovery from training was starting to suffer and it was clear the time had come to just breathe. 
We set her macros at perceived maintenance (which is lower than pre-prep maintenance but a nice boost from her deficit calories) 
This gives her more food to train with and to recover with. 
Taking a diet break at the appropriate time will help offset some metabolic suppression that is unavoidable in a fat loss phase, and will also have a stabilizing effect on hormonal health. All incredibly important, not just for prep, but looking forward to coming OUT of prep, healthy and happy. 
Most important for me is the mental break for Kezan. She will use these few days to refocus on her end goal! 
All of these ensure Kezan’s optimal performance, health, mental state AND conditioning!

I can barely believe this happened. Running a marathon has been something I wanted to do for a while but I was giving myself until 40 haha .

I never planned on running a single race nor in particular a marathon when this year began. 29 has been incredible so far. Thank you to my family that could make it and an awesome friend who got these pictures. It meant the world to me to know that you would be there after the hours of running 💛

My time was 6:36. The last three miles took me almost an hour. I had pretty good pacing for only have been training for long distance for 2.5 months haha first marathon is in the books ladies and gentlemen. I’ve already learned so much...so much more to learn 🙌🏻

Du coup j'ai profité pour faire ma séance dans l'eau! Et ouiiii obligée 🙈

Depuis que je fais une séance de hiit dans l'eau par semaine j'ai perdu quasiment toute trace de cellulite aux cuisses et mes jambes sont beaucoup plus dynamiques pour les séances quotidiennes.

✅ End of another week of Prep 2 Weeks Out to show day. ✅ Another successful week of training and dieting. Feeling good and ticking every box. ✅Training wise this week I have really felt the best both physically and mentally. Cardio sessions have been on point hitting 7 sessions a week of LIIS around 30-45 mins a session depending on the day. ✅ Nutrition wise been sitting at 2100 and feeling pretty good there with my weight sitting solid at 83kg and looking leaner than last week. ✅ This week I will really Push super hard as it’s the last big week before I run into peak week where I will be front loading carbs at the start of the week so looking forward to that. Need to fill up before game day. 👉 Motivation is high now on the final push so step by step for the rest of the journey to the stage.
✅ End of another week of Prep 2 Weeks Out to show day. ✅ Another successful week of training and dieting. Feeling good and ticking every box. ✅Training wise this week I have really felt the best both physically and mentally. Cardio sessions have been on point hitting 7 sessions a week of LIIS around 30-45 mins a session depending on the day. ✅ Nutrition wise been sitting at 2100 and feeling pretty good there with my weight sitting solid at 83kg and looking leaner than last week. ✅ This week I will really Push super hard as it’s the last big week before I run into peak week where I will be front loading carbs at the start of the week so looking forward to that. Need to fill up before game day. 👉 Motivation is high now on the final push so step by step for the rest of the journey to the stage.

I get a lot going on in the middle of the day and I don’t want to be rushed to do my workout so if I get it done in the morning then I can carry-on with the day.
