We all set goals for ourselves in one way or another but often fail 🚫 to achieve them. How can you ensure that you meet your goals?
Set DEADLINES! 📅
Pick a day you need to have you goal completed by. Then follow through with a plan that will get you there by that time. ⏳
Make sure your goal is a SMART one: ✔️ Specific ✔️ Measurable
✔️ Time bound AKA a DEADLINE

Always hiding 👉🏼 not afraid to be myself 💗 there really isn’t anything like a fitness habit to make you learn that you can accomplish anything 🙌🏼 if I can lose 40+ lbs and 4 sizes, so can you! No magic, no quick fixes, just hard work and learning to love yourself in the process👌🏼
