We all have different paths and the space to create growth is always shimmering beneath the surface. Just decide. Your circumstances don't have to be perfect to begin - even the messy parts inspire the most unlikely of candidates. Speak your truth and let your actions imperfectly spill out. Breakfast was inspired by @cleaneatsbytay this morning (check out her gram it’s literally the best thing ever). The tastiest ever and so glad I’ve finally ventured out of my usual chocolate PB/Apple and cinnamon baked porridge vibes. Perfect breakfast considering it’s literally a storm outside it’s so windy (walking into uni today will be super fun:))). Apologies for the absence of posts recently, my focus is very much on uni work and mannn there’s a lot on at the moment.

Colourful meal of dreams and a big shout out to @littlekitchenbristol for teaching my BF the art of Thai cuisine as now I have lots of lovely food to look forward to! Matt went along to their Thai cookery day and not only learnt a lot, but also came home with loads of delicious food which we had on Sunday eve. He made some rainbow rolls which we enjoyed with the homemade sweet chilli sauce. On the left is the green papaya salad which I’m now obsessed with. We had this with 2 Thai curries he made and it was super tasty. Need to get myself booked on a course soon 😘 long live boyfriends cooking up delicious meals 😂

Didn’t know that was a thing but from the other day here’s my actual fav curry ever, my peanut butter chickpea curry 😍 the recipe for this is on my blog, link in my bio!!! I always just change it up to include whatever veg I have in. This one had butternut squash, carrots, red peppers and green peppers!! Soooo thiccc and yummy
Made a pita pizza for lunch today, something different for once 🍕🙌🏻 I used the @bfreefoods pitas (cut in half so you get more pizza 👍🏻) and topped with tomato purée, oregano, ham and cheese 😍 300 Cals for everything for lunch (or hex B and hex A on sw) 👍🏻

Me voy a tener que hacer con más en nada porque por fin he encontrado una marca que no me recuerda que soy celíaca, que sus productos saben igual que los normales 😍😍😍. Let's eat this Tuesday! I have woken up very cold so I am lying on the sofa with a cover and central heating on haha. I am taking my last snakis and noirette from @happyfarm_food biscuits unfortunately. I will have to get more Happy Farm products very soon. After 26 years I have found a gluten free brand that makes me feel I am not celiac so it is going to be my favourite brand ever. What's more, ingredients are best quality and taste is delicious. 😋😍😋. One red beans canned, and two meals. ✌️Sweet and salt? How did I do? 🌱I used red bean canned soup for the very soft glutenfree chocolate- cherry cake and I made oil free crunchy bean-corn fritters.
Chocolate cherry cake recipe :
red bean canned soup
40g coconut flour
50g millet flour
80g shorghum flour
55g coconut sugor
3 tbsp coconut oil
pinch salt and citrit acid
lot of cherry
Red bean canned soup put in a bowl and make pink foam with wisk (10 min). Mixed dry and liquid ingredienst with the foam. After baking 200C 35minutes.
