Super simple breaky idea! Mondays can be a little crazy, so I love to whip up some chia puddings in individual jars so they're ready to grab and go. 🙌🏻 Here's what you need for 2 serves:
300ml milk of choice (if you're using full fat coconut milk, you might need to add a little water)
1/3 cup chia seeds
Fruit of choice
Add to jars, shake, and top with fruit! ✨

We went to Trader Joe’s and grabbed a few different things and we never got around to the Chicken Tikka Masala so I had it today! I sautéed some spinach to add something healthy and everything together was delicious! Happy Sunday!
Tonight's dinner 😍 @asda #glutenfree gnocchi (from the regular pasta section) with #lowfodmap bolognese and lactose free mozzarella. Super simple and delicious...but despite doing my best to make it tummy friendly I ate a little too much of it and now I'm bloated as heck 💁 does anyone else find that red meat can cause you problems? How do you get on with pork/turkey/veggie mince?

The happiest face when I found out there was a little gluten free section at someone's birthday on Friday night just for me pretty much 😁🙊 it included some delicious @geniusglutenfree sausage rolls, cheese rice crackers, an antipasti platter and cucumber & carrot batons 😍🧀🥒 isn't it just lovely to feel so included by people when they make an effort with catering for dietary requirements?! 😊 What have some of your positive experiences been, and where? 🤔
CBD LEMON-COCONUT COLLAGEN BITES🍋🥥
Followed @avokween ‘s recipe but with 1 modification - I used @biovellecbd #cbdinfused coconut oil. Recipe below the drop!
- Using a 1/3C measuring cup, fill half with regular coconut oil and half with @biovellecbd CBD coconut oil. Melt over stovetop and set aside.
- Whisk in 1/4C honey, grated peel from 1 lemon🍋 , juice from 1/2 a lemon , and 1tsp vanilla. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine 1.5C @bobsredmill #almondflour + 1/2C coconut flour + 1/4tsp salt + 1/4C @vitalproteins #grassfed#collagenpeptides and 1/4C unsweetened shredded coconut.
- Pour the coconut oil mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Form into golfball sized balls, and refrigerate to firm them up. Will keep in sealed container in the fridge up to two weeks!
