I made my own Burger Patties using Pork Mince, between a @marksandspencer Made Without Wheat White Roll, with Cranberry Sauce, Brie and Lettuce 😋
I find it sad that people think you cannot still enjoy foods like this, that it’s not healthy or being Gluten Free doesn’t allow you to.. both of those things are wrong. It’s all about a balanced lifestyle, and nowadays there’s so much more availability of products so we can enjoy these things being Gluten Free 😊

It’s Monday 😴 I decided to have some vanilla and chia porridge for breakfast this morning! I used @bluediamond vanilla almond milk, chia seeds and gluten free oats and just topped it off with banana, blueberries and @pipandnut crunchy maple peanut butter 😋 nice and simple!! In a throwback to my Dad who used to bring us here on family holidays and picked by Mr GFMCR for the meat sweats, we came to @outback this evening!.
This Aussie themed place has loads of naturally #glutenfree options on the main menu and it’s easy to spot them. However, mention you’re coeliac to your server and they’ll hand you this gem that helps with choices. They also serve your dish separately (which I’ve decided is a weird American thing to make the point that they remember your allergy) and send the manager over to check the order.
For us Brits it’s totally embarrassing and being a cynic I know it’s prepped in the same place originally anyway. 🙃 But I’m grateful for the choice and have eaten about 4789 kcal in one meal which I’ll share soon. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Another successful day in the books 🙌🙌🙌 @nupasta with some ground beef, mushrooms and arrabbiata sauce from @preschoice with some parmesan cheese on top. Yum!
Slotted another #fellrace into training yesterday at the annual #bosleyfete . Joined by @matthewtute and Ollie Barber. .
First rainy day for a long time so deciding between full trail shoes or trainers was tricky. I took both and on arrival, opted for trainers (ghost 9s), as the rain had passed and the ground was bone dry! It was warm and windy. .
Route was a 4.7 mile hop up #bosleyminn and covering a small section of the #gritstonetrail , on footpaths and farmers’ fields. .
Terrain was really difficult. Really long grass, steep gradients, dried cattle hoofprints, thistles, boggy ditches and gravelly cutbacks. This was a real test, especially as I didn’t know the course. I feel I paced it ok, quick but not stupid first mile, then some jog/walks up some serious gradient (still have work to do strengthening my climbing). Some of the downhills were energy sapping as I had to put effort into staying controlled for fear of going to fast, hitting a tuffet and breaking an ankle. .
Still had a bit left in the tank to pick up a place on the final 200m dash across a (thankfully mowed) field (pictured). .
The field was small (90ish), but also very experienced with majority club runners, so i was fairly pleased to be 1st Unattached (34:10) and 11th overall. Hard work. Great fun. .
After seeing @fru.quinoa recipe I made #lowfodmap curried egg sandwiches (with #glutenfree bread) to re-fuel afterwards. Mine don’t look as good (and I forgot spring onions, so replaced with coriander) but they tasted great 😋
Further refuelled with tomato, bacon and leek (green bits) risotto (garlic infused oil) by @catherinewilson5700 and the world’s best #chocolatepolentacake by @nicki_strosnider afterwards. 😍 .
I just ate THE BEST white bread I've ever had so far and needed to let ya'll know! 🍞😃 I haven't bought bread for sandwiches in awhile because let's face it, it's not enjoyable to eat something that doesn't have a lot of flavor, has a strange texture and is more than double the price of regular bread.
While shopping for gluten free items in @target, I came across @udisglutenfree's new "Delicious Soft White Sandwich Bread". At first I was hesitant to buy it because let's be honest, who wants to spend $8.49 on bread that they might not even like? I wanted to take the risk because to me, I'm never going to know if I like or don't like something until I try it. The bread also looked different than what I normally see in that the slices were a lot bigger in size and was actually comparable to regular bread.
For lunch today, I decided to test out the bread and make a (half) sandwich. I used @boarshead_official deli meat and cheese which is gluten free and I paired it with some Utz sour cream & onion chips (gluten free as well). I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous before taking my first bite and said a little prayer. 😂 It must have worked because I was pleasantly surprised to find that their bread was not only soft but it truly was delicious as well! The packaging that the bread comes in says "OUR BEST BREAD EVER!" and they were spot on!
If you decide to try it, I hope you'll like it as much as I do. Although, if you're in the Nashville area, please don't buy it all up... save some for me! 😜

This was at a cart at All Points East Festival in Victoria Park but I can’t remember what it’s called :(
They also had vegan waffles too, so good to see places venturing out for everyone’s needs. This waffle had toffee and banana toppings and it was gorgeous🤩
It’s been a busy Sunday, going back home to enjoy #fathersday with our dad’s. I’ve lacked imagine, so quickly threw together stuffed peppers, @goshfreefrom falafels and rice with a little sweet chilli sauce 😉 it hit the spot nicely. 🍽
