Boulettes de sardines à la sauce tomate maison sans MG bien piquante 🌶 avec bcp d’ail, tomates concassées, curcuma, gingembre, laurier et thym sauvage. Breakfast combo on repeat 💯 Another egg breakfast plate at the beach this morning 🙆🏼♀️ Added in some leftover sweet potatoes for some carbs and some avo for some healthy fat plus paired it with a little fruit and leafy greens 🤗 Hitting all the bases with this plate 🙌🏻 Not pictured is the other egg I had and a few more sweet potatoes 👌🏻 That’s why I always say to try your best not to compare yourself to people, you never know what they’re actually eating/not eating! • 3 cups Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 Gluten Free Baking Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 cup coconut oil 🥥 🌴
• 3/4 cup Honey 🍯 • 3/4 cup Brown coconut Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 2 large Eggs (or chia eggs)
• 2 cups Chocolate Chips (3/4 bag)
¡Poco tiempo y mucho hambre!
⬇ Ahí va una receta muy rápida:
Ensalada veraniega de garbanzos. 👉 Por un lado ponemos en una fuente garbanzos (yo usé un bote de los que ya vienen cocidos)
👉Por otro lado, en un bote con tapa metemos bien picadito:
✅2 tomates ✅Medio pepino ✅ 1 pimiento ✅Media cebolla
✅ 1 Aguacate pequeño
Añadimos sal, aceite, vinagre y comino.
Tapamos y agitamos bien. Por último lo servimos por encima de los garbanzos. .
💡 Lo bueno de esta receta es que el bote de verduritas lo podemos dejar preparado la noche anterior y así cuando lleguemos hambrientos a casa solo hay que servir y a comer! .

Sprinkle @luciniitalia EVOO on baking quarter sheet.
Pat dry @bellandevans boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 lb or 3 breasts). Sprinkle breasts with @mortonsalt Kosher salt and Italian herb mix (equal parts dried oregano, thyme and basil) on both sides. Sprinkle some additional evoo.
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes until juices run clear and internal temp had reached 165 degrees F. Serve immediately or chill and refrigerate to enjoy all week, like my dinner above.

First time visiting @elevenmadisonpark after the remodel. At first it wasn’t very clear what the difference was, it’s subtle, yet the room is more airy, bright and has more seats. The menu I feel has had some changes- on the plus side it was the best experience I’ve had in EMP and all the courses were spectacular. On the downside I feel there was much less food than last time for the same amount of money. O ya is one of my favorite restaurants in the world, and today was all about comfort food: I had the bites that make me happy: the hamachi with peppers, fried oysters with black ink foam, morrell sushi, toro with green goddess, potato chip with truffles, salmon with caramel and scallop ceviche with coconut milk.
