My son received our order from @wisebeardsandgrooming yesterday! He wears a goatee and struggles to find natural products that are both gluten free and coconut oil free and that also do not have heavily perfumed scents. His face suffers from harsh soaps, constant sun and weather exposure and what we all call white-guy beard syndrome, it's patchy and curls and he gets ingrown hairs around the shaved peremeter. By this time in the summer his whole neck is angry and itchy and his beard suffers the harsh body soap he shaves with because it also cleans the spots.
When I expressed this hard list of needs this maker went above and beyond to find just the things he can use from her shop and then in honor of @thecraftyspot_ Christmas in July Sale she gave us the most incredible deal on price! What a fantastic seller and what amazing products! He actually can't wait to try the free mask and is already in love with the goat's milk soap!
This is a seller we will be using in the future!

This morning’s breakfast was SO good! I usually make a quick smoothie for breakfast but kiddo was still sleeping🙌🏻, so I didn’t want to use the blender.
And since I’m unfortunately on a course of antibiotics right now🤢 a real breakfast was a must.
GF oats mixed with a scoop of my kiddo’s chocolate protein/fruit/veggie powder, topped with walnuts, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and peaches!
Delicious, healthy, and I got to enjoy it all in peace before the chaos of the day begins. Happy Saturday!
FIVE days before I head to Amsterdam 🇳🇱 and Germany 🇩🇪! I’m definitely going to miss the safety of making my own meals but I’m stoked to travel to new places and indulge in their cultures. If you have any recommendations/must do thangs (I’ll primarily be traveling along the Rhine), make sure you drop them below!
We love to add lentils to our salads to bulk them up and keep our satiety levels going all day. Theis veggie colour-fest is an explosion of flavours, all you need is a drizzle of oil and sprinkle of salt.
For all my gluten free friends out there, this is by far the best gluten free flour I’ve found. I’ve only used it to make muffins so far, but the muffins are amazing, so I’m sure other things will be as well. They are not gritty or heavy. Those who have eaten gluten free breads will know what I mean by that. Being able to eat muffins again makes me happy. 😋🙌🏻 #gfjulesflour#glutenfree

My morning beverage of choice; Green Protein PowerStart, plant-based. 🌱 Makes enough for two, but you probably won't want to share. 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I like @drinkorgain), 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen peptides, half a green or tart apple, handful of spinach, slice of lemon with peel, a few coin size pieces of fresh ginger, 1 cup cucumber chunks, same for frozen mango chunks, and a few pieces of frozen zucchini, 1 tsp powdered spirulina, 1 tsp cinnamon; 🌪️ in Vitamix or high powered blender. Thanks @emjager for the inspiration! Produce hack ALERT: keep your plastic container or bag of spinach or kale right in the freezer and use frozen, it comes out in shards (and won't rot in the produce drawer). And ginger does not have to be peeled, just wash, then grate as is (most of the brown will stay on top of the grater) OR just cut in small pieces and toss in the blender. Adjust everything to your liking, and let me know how you like! #morningroutine#greensmoothie#soberliving#healthyfood#vitamix
Today is a GREAT day to start focusing on what I CAN control!
Let’s do this nutrition! I’m ready to REALLY dial in my nutrition since I can’t workout until further notice. Luckily, recently a ALL NUTRITION based program was released and I purchased it.
Who’s it for:
Anyone. If you can’t or don’t want to workout but wanna lose weight or learn to eat healthy. If you are a chronic yo yo dieter. If you are a emotional eater. If you want to learn more about the right foods to eat at the right times to help maximize energy + weight loss.
This program has proven strategies to help conquer cravings + survive everyday food temptations. The program teaches you to eat the foods you love + feel satisfied after every meal + still loose weight.
I’m personally not doing this for weight loss, but I am definitely using these amazing tools to keep my nutrition in check while I allow myself to heal from this fracture. The tips and tricks + amazing healthy creative recipes are really going to keep healthy eating delicious and never boring!
Who’s joining me? I need a sidekick or 2!? Let’s keep each other accountable 💕

WILD FISH TACOS WITH GRILLED PINEAPPLE SALSA 🐟🌮 Did you know you can get a new delicious recipe in your inbox every Saturday when you subscribe to the Daily Dish newsletter. Sign up at VivaciousDish.com
Summertime calls for lighter dishes prepared on the grill. These sweet and tangy wild fish tacos with pineapple salsa are perfect as a quick weeknight meal or as a staple at a Sunday barbecue. And since you can make everything except the grain-free tortillas on the grill, your prep and cleanup work is a snap.
Ingredients: * 1 lb wild fish, skin on (sockeye salmon, cod or yellowtail are all great) * 1/2 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp smoked paprika * Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste * 2 limes, plus more lime slices to serve * 8 slices of fresh pineapple, skinned and cored, about 1/2" thick * 1 small jalapeño * 1 medium size tomato, any variety * 1/2 white onion * 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped * 1/2 cucumber, seeded and diced * 1 tsp dill * 1/2 cup grassfed greek yogurt or unsweetened plain coconut yogurt * Arugula leaves and sliced avocado, for garnish * Romaine lettuce leaves or grain free tortillas (recipe link in bio)
Directions: 1. Heat grill to 400* F. Rub surface with olive oil. Place pineapple slices, white onion, tomato and whole jalapeño on grill and cook until lightly blistered, about 1 minute each side.
2. Remove from heat. Cut jalapeño in half and de-seed. Place pineapple, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, tomato, juice of 1 lime and dash of sea salt in blender or food processor. Pulse until just combined but still chunky. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
3. Mix diced cucumber and dill into yogurt and set aside.
4. Place fish, skin side down, on hot grill surface, and sprinkle with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Grill without flipping for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness) until just cooked through. Remove from grill, then flake into large pieces with a fork. Squeeze juice of one lime over cooked fish.
5. To serve, fill a tortilla or lettuce cup with a few leaves of arugula and avocado slices. Then top with grilled fish, salsa and yogurt sauce. Squeeze of lime juice & yum!
