Elevated heel helps activate middle to lower (towards knee) hamstring muscles. Froggies
Elevated toes, if you get the hip engaged properly will help develop middle to upper (under bum) hamstrings. 
3) Work your glutes.... Hip thrusts, hip thrust pulses and glute abductions are a great glute finisher.

In that time I've been injured more times than I can count, juggled work and rugby, and damn near quit weightlifting more than once. I don't know how to express how good it feels to pour a significant amount of your life into achieving what seems like an impossible task and finally do it, so I included the second video of my brain processing what just happened and me smiling uncontrollably like an idiot. With one extra large pizza in hand, Luis just happen to stumbled across @210crossfit and, after a lonely night of binge eating, signed up for his first crossfit class the next day. Luis is now our top weightlifting/powerlifting hybrid athlete with 562.5kg and 220kg totals, respectively.
