These are a win-win high in fiber, wild salmon Hi in omega-3’s, low in fat because they are baked. Just add the psyllium husk to thicken the mixture so they can be made into patties. Bake at 3:50 for at least one hour if not longer and flip once during cooking.

Luis is now our top weightlifting/powerlifting hybrid athlete with 562.5kg and 220kg totals, respectively.
