Peace family 🙏🏽. Sunday, 11/25, we will be teaming up with our @xochitl.vegan family for a Feed The People event. We are asking for help from our community with getting some basic necessities to our houseless brothers and sister in the Los Angeles area. As we approach the winter ❄️ months, our days are becoming shorter, and our nights colder. We are asking anyone who feels called to assist for donations to help make these cold months a little easier for those who are facing difficulties at this time. If anyone could bring any donations to the Community Sound Healing on Sunday, that would be amazing. Otherwise, we will make arrangements to collect at one of our locations, or one could also drop off on the same day as the event. Please message us if you are unable to make it to the sound bath but would like to donate items for the houseless. If you dont have any donations at this time, we would ask if you could share this flyer to your friends/family that may have something. We have put together a list of item ideas that we will be accepting (but not limited to). We will also have other fam like @organicbytheounce preparing some warm meals as well. But we can’t do this alone, we have to come together as a community to offer as much assistance as we can. If you feel called to donate or volunteer on this day, please message us 💗 Tlazocamati family 🙏🏽 #communityhealing#helpothers#giveback#givingback#makeadifference#helpthehomeless#homeless#homelessness#bethechange#bethegood#belove#bethelight#lightwarriors#lightworkers#lightwarrior#lightworker#spreadlove#loveeveryone#loveoneanother#loveeachother#selfless#goodheart#openheart#openyourheart#weareone#onelove#changetheworld

Two years ago, Viviana Mejia was a patient in the emergency department of Providence Newberg Medical Center. She was scared and didn’t understand why she was there. To calm her, a nurse brought in a box of stuffed animals and invited Viviana to choose one she could hold during her visit.
Having a soft, cuddly toy to hug eased her fear and made the experience less frightening. Viviana didn’t forget the difference having that toy made. This summer she set out to collect stuffed toys for other children. Now a first-grader, Viviana collected toys from local businesses, friends and family. Recently, she and her mom delivered 35 new stuffed animals for caregivers to share with other kids when they’re afraid.
We are grateful for her thoughtfulness and her generous gift to help others.

I feel like generosity is a year round thing. Giving from your heart is always in style. But, I kick it up a notch during the Holidays.
I'm a huge fan of toy drives. All kids need the the magic and joy of Christmas and toy drives are a great way to give.
Another way I like to give are food drives. The easiest way I've found to give is right at the grocery store. They make it simple with prepackaged bags of food that you can purchase.
Churches, schools and several other places do these drives as well.
You can also choose to donate to The Salvation Army. This is a wonderful cause. I always have some $ ready to go as I leave stores to drop in the bucket.
The ways to share and be generous are endless and several ways cost you nothing. Caroling at nursing homes, volunteering at animal shelters are just a couple.
How do you like to spread your generosity throughout the year and around the Holidays?

Every wonder what to do with those old pair of glasses lying around your house? We have a solution for you and your family. You can drop them off at one of our four locations in Chatham, Leamington, Essex or Tecumseh and they will be sent on a yearly @rayjonsharecare Eyeglass Mission to countries in need. Our very own Dr. Alicia Kominek, out of our Chatham location, just got back from her @rayjonsharecare Eyeglass Mission to Chimaltenango, Guatemala. Below is her account of her life changing experience.
In 5 days 3 doctors saw 533 patients and dispensed 411 pairs of donated glasses. We will custom make and ship 44 pairs of glasses, at no charge to the patient. @rayjonsharecare is a Sarnia based organization, founded in 1986, that provides a bridge between those who can help, and those who want and need help in developing countries. They do yearly Eyeglass Missions to countries in need, in addition to yearly awareness and building trips. The glasses we collect at our office are sent on these trips and given for free to patients with similar prescriptions. We bring about 4000 pairs of glasses with us on each trip that are all catalogued and put in a database so that we can find the best match for patients there. It was a pleasure working again with Dr. Darrel Stewart, who recently retired from the Chatham office and has been going on these trips for several years. This was my second trip with @rayjonsharecare and I'm looking forward to many more in the future. If patients have any extra glasses lying around, I would highly encourage them to donate them so that they can help bring sight to those in need.

We always stress the value of giving back in the dojo. We are so proud of this group of young students, who helped assemble food donation bags for @famtofamily on Veterans Day. Thank you to them, to our senpai who came in to help, and to our families for their donations.
Be honest with me: How are you? How is this time of year for your well being?
I’ve always been one of those people who’s had a heavy heart at this time of year. Being a part of a broken family does that to you. There came a point where I wasn’t with my mom OR dad for the holidays & that was really tough to swallow. It was a time that reminded me of the bad and not the good.
Then having McKinley brought that joy back- I had a little munchkin of my own to bring me happiness where I needed it at this time. Someone who reminded me of the magic of Christmas cuz I saw it in her eyes.
But that stress quickly came back when family dynamics wasn’t as much of an issue for me anymore, but money. I wanted to give her everything. All the amazing friends and family members in my life I wanted to give back to- for helping me, believing in me, supporting me. But I couldn’t. .
A heart of service but a wallet of a worry.
This month last year, I joined this business. I was so proud & spent so much time having fun, learning and making money that I didn’t have time to be worried about what I didn’t have. Cuz I took control & did that for myself. I just had no idea the lasting impact it would have.
I genuinely believe opportunities for residual income & modern business models are not even about the money. They’re about putting joy in place of worry, calm in place of fear. ✨
Now this year, this is the first time I can truly say that my heart is light. I’m spending the Holidays with the love of my life, my baby, the little fam we’ve created for ourselves + our families.
_& my heart of service wants to give back a different way, a bigger way— I literally hold the opportunity to transform someone’s life. I want to take the worriers by the hand and walk them through a journey of a lifetime with me.
Be my best friend, let me be the family you need this year.
Hey HOH fam we want to hear some of the fun happy things you have done recently or cool stories of you doing something kind recently or stories of someone doing something kind for you. Send us videos or message us about your stories. DM’s are open!!! (P.S this is the only way we can take pics together while 200 miles apart for stuff like this 😂)#helpingothers#happy#happiness#givingback#giveback

It takes long for one to discover Forex and stock market is not a Zero-sum game but a MINUS-sum game and to win a minis sum game you have to be head-and-shoulder with the market, the win-win situation is with flour traders and brokers, makes me contemplate on becoming either but this will spoil the fun so my path is a Hedge fund. My goal is to survive and retire with a smile on my face & my clients face. GOD hear me.
Throughout my financial career, I have continually witnessed examples of other people that I have known being ruined by a failure to respect risk. If you don’t take a hard look at risk, it will take you. @thewallstreet_honeybadger from Venom to Honey Badger God is Great
