Some days I feel like I can absolutely nail doing both like it was made for me to do. Then today it just felt impossible. I know that’s mainly due to traveling 9 hours yesterday for a meeting then presenting for 4.5 hours. So today I would normally rest because I’m about to travel another 4 hours to work, but I’m resting tomorrow and Friday. Got in last night at 9.15pm and then waking up at 4am. I just this life so I will not be a victim to the choices I made, but I’m just being real with you. Today everything felt difficult. Mainly due to loosing that 30 mins at the start of my travel day. But I made it and cut my workout short to 20 mins I’ll pick a HiiT session tonight, but Katie needs some sweat therapy. Discipline hurts. It really hurts short term, but regret last forever. So power through the tough days even when you feel your best isn’t good enough, because it’s is those decisions you make which differentiate you from the other 97%. You already know how it feels to give up to snooze your alarm. Why don’t you see what it feels like when you don’t. If you don’t want that then that’s fine, but don’t be whining like a little bitch when the person you know did has more success, happiness and money than you. These are the things which make me get up each morning for making me realise that giving myself a free pass isn’t acceptable. Don’t get me wrong I may buy a god damn galaxy bar later mind you, because I’m still god damn human 🤣. But it’s just about being that one step better than you was yesterday #hotmessexpress

This has become one of my favorite healthy swaps... instead of eating regular italian sausage with a big plate of pasta, I now make this with one serving of pasta and fill the rest of my plate with cooked zucchini and sauce to cover.
I never thought I could replace full fat italian meals which I LOVE, but this meal has become a regular rotation that even my husband enjoys.

We are far from perfect. We’re just two broken people, trying to love each other well. Sometimes I think back to our wedding day and think...we had no idea what we were in for. "I'm tired" "My stomach hurts" "I'm sore"..these are some of the many excuses I had this morning when my 4 AM alarm went off to workout. I made a promise to myself that I would workout Monday through Friday at 4 AM prior to work....so far so good but let me tell you, it can be a struggle (just being honest)! Although I'm tired, I continue to tell myself, I can make two choices, either get up and get it done, because let's be honest, even if I woke up at 445 AM I'd still be tired and mad that I didnt get my workout in OR do it after the girls go to bed and that would wouldn't be a productive workout after a long days work.
Although the journey or goal your working towards seems brutal, keep chugging along. The end result is worth it!! You got this!

When @lifeonprep asked me my long term body goals it got me thinking. So I always like looking thicc and a unit where you know not to even chat your BS chat up lines to me fuck boys. To then also looking toned with chiseled 2 PAC and be a beast at what I love HiiT. So what I realised from being thicc then cutting is that I will need to continue another 3-4 maybe cycles before I’m happy with a cut body. I ain’t going to lie I’m pretty happy with my body now I got an upperbody I’m proud of and then a lower body I’m proud of. It’s more for me now to get strong and hit my potential. Because if you haven’t got goals you’re only settling! For me I have more strength goals etc, but the body ones are more attached to it as such. It’s natural you do the work and enjoy the process and the results come. For me and my lifestyle showing up gives you a gold star 🤣. I’ll say it to any consultant yes get it! The amount of stress we deal with the only lifting we do is the pint glass to our mouths LOL. Which is natural. Hence why I say do what you love consistently and the rest will come 🙌🏻. It’s important to appreciate if you show up each day and celebrate that and the results will come. Depending on what you want your body to be like then you should train according to that. Hence now why I do HiiT and weights to do what I love, but keep that muscle so I don’t go too lean 💪🏻🙌🏻
Got my morning workout in. I have to say I’m say happy with my upper body progress. When I do curls I can actually see muscles in my arms 🤣. There’s nothing more satisfying. Until I’m fully better I’m just doing weight training. To do my intense HiiT workouts you gotta be at full health 🤣. So let’s see what a month or so of weight training will do. I’m now going into bulk phase. Funny enough I’m finally hitting the correct cycle! In order to keep the ass and quad size I want in a cut I realise that it will take a few rounds of bulking and cutting. Which is fine as I like to change things up and constantly challenge myself and love my body is every phase. I love my body in every phase not because of what it looks like, but because I know I’m doing the best I can everyday in the lifestyle I have. Also, if you’re fed up of seeing my fitness stuff which tbh I wouldn’t blame you! I post real time every day just for accountability. But swipe right for a giggle... About every three weeks I focus on inches lost and not the scale. These inches are from my waist, chest, neck, and hips. I had a gain in my calf and thigh but I’m ok with that because I have no doubt that it’s muscle. I did lose weight also but we will get to that next week.
