Because that's a thing right?
So after almost a week of man flu and feeling completely broken after last Sundays brown belt 2 grading, I was getting cabin fever in regards to the gym. I had things I wanted to start working on since the grading, areas that I need to start working on now for the black belt possibly in spring and plus I just wanted to feel some blood in the muscles.
Hers 3 of the moves from today's plan.
🔰 Single leg tuck jump - I am going to need a lot more single leg jumping power for the kicks I hope to master in the next few months.
🔰 Plyo push up box stack - looks a little bit flashy, but it also will be to help with punching power.
🔰 Dummbbell single leg deadlift with a Bicep curl - Some additional balance work, core strength test, strengthen up the posterior chain and most importantly.... Its Friday so the law of the gym is that an arm exercise must be done some where 😅. This style of training would also be great for a runner looking to improve their power from each foot strike or just about any one who does some sort of recreational sport.
MY HEART IS BEYOND FULL! I want to thank every lady that took the time out yesterday evening to spend time at @barbellbrunchclub end of year party last night! Just a snapshot of the ladies that came! 🥳
We had a blast🎉 We did cardio, we ate, we twerked, we got massages and nail art?!?! ALL IN ONE NIGHT!
like this was the biggest event I have run in terms of concept and brands worked with at once and I’m so grateful that my guests and the brands believed in the vision as much as I did. It’s amazing seeing your random thoughts come into fruition beautifully and I cannot wait to see what else is in store.

So I’ve done these exercises on my kitchen bench before but thought I’d try them out on my coffee table, and yup! Does the same job 💪 just a little closer to the ground (safety first 😋)
I like to do these as a finisher, say after a run?! Or maybe just to move a little in the weekend without going too crazy, but still making some fire 💥👊
Try doing X20 reps each exercise (X10 each side) for X5 rounds
