Saute some garlic cloves, chop your broccoli very thing and saute the broccoli too. Add lemon juice & lemon zest to it.
➡For my low fat parmesan sheese l:
I always keep the bread we don't eat for breadcrumbs etc (as many of the breadcrumbs  they sell in the in the supermarket often contain dairy, fish, etc) so for this recipe I in my food processor I added 1 old hard bread roll, 1/4cup nutritional yeast, 1/4tsp chilli flakes 😍 trust me this simple recipe astes like real parmesan🙌 it is also super healthy WIN WIN

I was very critical of myself and had lower self-esteem growing up. I have been made fun of for my features and my physique and that didn’t help. But I have worked hard to be where I am today and I am proud of myself for that. At this point in my life, I am for sure not ashamed of what someone thinks of me.

What a beautiful sunset to enjoy a peaceful #yogasession

Exercise and yoga helped my constantly fluctuating moods and productivity to quite an extend. Usually, a cloudy day would make me sad and less productivity. Having a gym routine first thing in the morning refreshes me and makes me quite active. Yoga helps me clear my head and plan my day without stressing out. Lately, regardless the weather- rain or shine, I have noticed I am equally productive and happy 🌞 
I hope you get a chance today and everyday to get outside, enjoy nature and beautiful weather it has to offer. Relax and spend time getting lost in the outdoors by yourself or in the company of your friends. You would be surprised at what you can accomplish #fitnessmotivation

Yeah I get it. You’re a Mom so you’re too busy to make time for exercise. There’s just too much to do in a day and the baby doesn’t allow you to workout. I’m calling bullshit on that. I’ve honestly grown tired of the excuses and the lies. Just because you’re a Mom doesn’t mean you don’t have time for fitness or any form of self care. You have plenty of time you just need to get your priorities in order. I’m sure you have time for other things like going for lunch with your friends, shopping, a nap, or your favorite television show. So why don’t you have time to exercise again? No answer? I thought so. So here’s the plan. You don’t need to go to a gym or get all complicated with your routine. I just want you to start with one simple thing. Take your baby for a walk everyday. It’s fun, it’s easy, the baby will love it, and you’ll be surprised how easily that 20lbs you want to lose will vanish. I think it also models good behavior for your little ones. Show them you value physical activity and teach them first hand that getting outside once in awhile is good for them. Sounds good right? Есть одна щепетильная тема, хочу с вами её обсудить, поэтому не стесняйтесь писать комментарии и ставить лайк «❤️», мне очень важно узнать ваше мнение.

Фитнес-бикини очень противоречивый вид спорта. Многие спортсменки жертвуя своим здоровьем обращаются к стероидам и жестким белковым диетам. После спортсменки получают побочки и проблемы по здоровью. У девушек «летит» цикл, начинаются проблемы с пищеварением. Не говоря уже о том, что после «отката» спортсменки теряют свою форму, и начинаются проблемы с психологией. Мол, как так?! Я была в форме, а сейчас её потеряла👎🏻🤯 ⠀
Дальше девочки пишут в своих социальных сетях, что фитнес-бикини — это опасно для здоровья, и это несёт кучу негатива в общество😱😠

Я от этого совсем не в восторге так, как считаю, что подготовка к соревнованиям по фитнес-бикини — это самый лучший способ привести себя в форму и держать себя в предсоревновательной форме постоянно. И я доказал на опыте моей ученицы, что при правильном подходе без изнурительных диет и стероидов можно и результат показать отличный, и сохранить своё здоровье не просто в хорошем состоянии, а даже улучшить его🧐☝🏻

Хочу обратиться к девушкам, которые положили своё здоровье на кон. Уважаемые спортсменки, кроме того чтобы говорить, что фитнес-бикини — это опасно для здоровья, нужно говорить людям больше правды! А именно, говорить что вам тренер посоветовал стероиды, что вам тренер дал изнуряющую диету и слишком жесткие тренировки. Что не спорт испортил вам здоровье, а то что вы выбрали неправильный подход и не того тренера😠🤨

Для будущих спортсменок-бикинисток! Если вам тренер предлагает на подготовке использовать стероиды и белковые или низкоуглеводные диеты, то откажитесь от подготовки под его руководством. Хорошая форма без опасности для здоровья создаётся от полугода до нескольких лет правильного питания и правильных тренировок, а не за 5 месяцев на стероидах и белковой диете💡👈🏻

I will speak to people who want to lose weight/ become healthy etc and we will go through a list of healthy foods and I would find people scrapping the most nutritious items from the list but still expect fast and big results. You need to invest in learning what foods benefit your fitness goals and which foods slow your progress down. It's not easy! You don't just train your body in the gym you have to train your mind to eat the right foods. You will fall off the wagon from time to time and you may not like every food so find an alternative that you do like and is still healthy. Don't give up!
