😂😂😂 I wrote this whole long heartfelt Juliana Movement Journal entry to accompany this ... & it got erased. I don't feel like pecking away on technology to write it all out again!!!! So! Here is Part One video. Part Two soon. Then more. This .. movement to music ... is THE most important part of my life, besides Seigo & nature... & I don't know why I don't share glimpses more. This video clip shows part of my basic daily routine. I repeat the cycle/variations several times, a cycle means I move to the entire song & I "rest" in between by mixing in other exercises. No trainers. No education. Just letting my body be commanded by whatever music I am obsessed with !!! By obsessed .. I mean I listen on repeat, for hours, for days, months, sometimes certain songs/sets years! I hear Tim Ferriss often runs into other repeat listeners he I interviews!! Hahaha the difference (among many) is that his interviewees are all very wealthy- accomplished - & "successful" .. they all turned their quirks into cash! Hahahaha I'm just strange & LOVE to move my body to music with no real goal other than selfishly making myself feel good😂😍.! I Music on repeat ,with headphones is the best!!!! Literally wiring my brain, heart & body together... trancelike no fatigue no sense of time pure bliss state!!!!! First attempt at 10 wide pull ups.. (in my books, chest past elbow crease is a good contraction therefore a rep. Anyone that wants to go into the discussion about a retracted pull up and a protracted pull up, be my guest 🤷🏼♀️) -

The weighted pull-up challenge continues.. added 10kg to my wide grip pulls today, 3 half reps 🤷🏼♀️..then a drop to 4 full bodyweight. Second vid added a 5kg and got a few reps out, get better leverage when I grab the plate with my legs not sure if this is a ‘thing’ but it is now! 😆

My most proud exercise is pullup, whats urs that u have worked very hard for it..🤔🤔 Some so cool body warm up exercises for all my ladiesssss💃💃💃💃💃💃 Its nt always the strength exercises that are imp but the exercises that ready ur body for the crucial burns so that u don't injure urself.
This is a cute☺ routine which gives nt so cute burns 😆to ur legs but very cute results for quads,hams and glutes.💪🏻 These can be either done as warm up or can be done after completion of routine.
Pick anything, use anything, do anything bt just make sure the form is right. No matter what how much advanced i become in gymn but that voice @raghuvanshi_ankush is always needed to correct my form🙈🦋. Overhead ball hold lunges: 20 steps × 4

The first one is always the best. As I started to fatigue, you can see my shoulders start to internally rotate and I was recruiting more biceps. If I pushed myself, with greater shoulder internal rotation, it would be a recipe for a shoulder injury which I know MANY gym goers have. 😐
