From being a wedding photographer to a real estate photographer - I have to admit, my idea of a "nightmare" has changed. 😱
I jumped out of bed from the WORST nightmare last night. And then I proceeded to laugh at how stupid it was. 😂🤦♀️
I used to have wedding nightmares ALL the time. Nightmares that: • I was late to the wedding because my car broke down. •I forgot to bring enough batteries and couldn't take pictures during the ceremony. •After an entire day of taking pictures, my memory card wasn't in my camera. 😭😳
I mean - those are the kinds of nightmares that will make a person wake up sweating bullets and crying hysterically. 😓😰
My real estate nightmare? 🤔🏡
In this nightmare, I was asked to photograph a huge mansion for a high-end realtor. I packed my bag, drove to the house... 🚗
And found out I was a day early. 🤷♀️
See... not nearly as bad as a wedding nightmare. 👍

Over centuries and traditions, women joined circles irrespective of age. These circles maintained a standard that all were honored and supported. In ancient spiritual traditions, circles often represent wholeness and the cycle of life. It’s time to shift and create circles in the business arena. A mutually supportive space where talents, gifts, skills and vulnerabilities are shared. A space where women leaders can ask for help, let go of the steering ship and lean in and allow others to take charge. Leaders create leaders.
We've got each other's back. Even though we are business partners, we are above all a team, friends and our best critics. We leave our egos aside. We understand our points of view wihtout harmful criticism.
We instead of clashing with our decisiones and power, we look at our individual skills and leverage that. So, for you, if you are looking for a business partner that can be with you in this roller coaster ride of being an entrepreneur, here is what to look for: *Find someone you genuinely enjoy, like and trust * FInd someone who shares your vision of life and values * Find someone willing to engage in proactive conflict management * Find someone who gives and takes * Find someone who wants to grow and will support your growth * Find someone who will complement your skills and traits.
By having the right partner on your side, you will reach levels in business and harvest results you otherwise might not attain. Remember that an awesome partnership is greater than the sum of its parts.<3

The ability to work, produce and create from this little box 💻, anytime or any place!
People so often think that “freedom” means that they can do whatever they want whenever they want.
For me, that’s not what freedom means
Freedom to me means being able to create, produce, talk to clients, have meetings, write, think, grow a business, practice law all at the same time
In any situation , weather by a pool, or on a trip... I can literally work from wherever! -
What does freedom look like for you and how does it make you feel?
I have at one point said that the following things were neutrals:
2) leopard print
3) David Bowie
So when you think about it, this outfit is really toned down for me.
Special thanks to all of the guys and gals who made an all day pulling event a little bit easier and more fun. I’m ready to unpack the racks for tomorrow’s fittings!
Wowing the grocery store with leggings and a tshirt combo yet again! 🙌🏼 Hey foodlion!!! .
I’ve been working away from the home office today. 1:1 calls with a few of my coaches, checking on my health clients, chatting it up with my success sister as we launch our new coach trainings, and following up with all the ladies asking about my upcoming health groups. It’s been busy but I know I’m making an impact and that is rewarding AF! Annnnnd for all of that stuff that I smiled WHILE doing as “work” I made and income cause today is payday y’all and my weekly check was double my old nurse job. #saywhat 🙌🏼 I ain’t mad at that at all!
Re-reading “Self-Reliance” by Emerson. It’s a short read. Very profound. Honestly, I realized a couple years ago that I kept looking for a “secret” to have everything I wanted in life. There is no secret. Just do what you have to do. If you put in 50% that’s what you’ll get. If you put in 100 percent or try to go beyond it, that’s what you’ll get. Hate to sound so black and white, but it really is that cut and dry.
Thank-you from bottom of my heart to everyone who has supported me in the Ms. Health and Fitness 2018 competition.
The messages, support and love I have received from you all has been nothing short of amazing.
Never stop putting yourself out there for the things that matter to you. I believe in helping people transform their lives through self respect, love and support and that alone provides me with the strength to always step outside my comfort zone.
Stay true to who you are, believe whole heartily in what you do and never give up until your voice is heard.
Create positive change because it benefits your body, not your look. Work hard because it brings you a sense of accomplishment not abs.
And above all never give up on yourself, nothing worth fighting for ever comes easy. •
Stay Inspired Everyone ❤️.
Love this quote! It’s all about the journey. It’s not about how many steps it takes to get there. It’s about continually taking the steps you need to take to get where you want to go to accomplish your goal.
Nothing is sure to shut down the engine of innovation faster than leaders who eliminate opportunities for creativity to be nurtured than developing a mindset that creativity is another buzzword or another item on their checklist. The average human being attention span is 8 seconds and the average attention span of a goldfish, 9 seconds. Creativity requires space and when we isolate, remove any movement we inhibit the free-flowing insights. When you limit yourself to new experiences, environments or spaces, you remove the potential for creativity to foster the ability to turn insights into products or services.
