First #parkrun Iโ€™ve done in ages!!! Glad I did it! I spent the majority of my afternoon scrubbing my house and fighting off an anxiety attack. What triggered it? I'm not even sure.... it could've been anything... all I know is that I had to get my workout done. 
You see my anxiety lessens when I'm focused on my breathing and just getting through that 1 freaking minute of dying. By the end of the 30 minutes my endorphins have arrived to save the day! 
And look! This bonus round I rocked! 9 months ago I couldn't even do this modified. Proof that busting my ass every single day not only is good for me physically but mentally.
