Sorry didn’t post yesterday was busy but here is what I had , but for breakfast was just some normal ready brek with camomile tea , then lunch at school was a jacket potato, cucumber and apple , then afternoon snack was go ahead raspberries biscuits with another camomile tea . Dinner was a challenge went to Frankie and bennys and get the skinny chicken pizza it was really nice but a mental challenge, achieved tho . So as you all have noticed I have been very minimal in my activity on social media.
I have been struggling really bad with mental health. I have been feel super low, literally hiding. Until I had a word and forced my self to do my routine that normally helps me get out my hole. It takes every inch of motivation and will power..digging deep!! Anyway I always meditate everyday, so did that more, had to drag my self to do a HIIT session Wednesday, weights Thursday & Arms and back session with @ady18_beast yesterday...and yes see, then I felt so much better.
I still don’t feel 💯...but that’s life. But I know what makes me feel or ease my lows. Be mindful of them, learn coping techniques, know it will pass, exercise, eat well, sleep well & stay away from toxic people. And meditate & meditate!
Here’s hoping to a easier few days.

On Sept 1st, I could not make it through 17 seconds of a plank, and could not even do 10 crunches. My workout that day was 5 mins and I was ready to puke.
Today I did a full minute plank in the middle of my workout and I'm not even tired. My average workout is 35 mins or so.
The tagline in this app is 'It doesn't get easier, you just get better' and it is SO SO TRUE. I've been combining this with HIIT and Tabata, as well as yoga, and I FEEL the difference. I want to move more, I feel like I have more energy, I enjoy getting up and doing things now!
