Today’s food- Not a typical food day due to 8 hours in the car. The big picture is what I packed (not the cold foods) to bring on this road trip. With a bit of planning and not much time you can increase your chances of success on any road trip. So much better than any drive through. Most of my snacks today came from the gas station. Still came super close to hitting my numbers today. I’m actually a little under. 
Breakfast- Peanut Butter Sandwich, cold brew coffee
Lunch- Chicken Sandwich, beef jersey, dill pickles 
Supper- Chicken Sandwich, Lays Poppables, green beans
Snacks- Fit Crunch Bar, Protein Water, Peanut Butter Cups

Macros- 137c, 47f, 113p

Today’s food- Not a typical food day due to 8 hours in the car. The big picture is what I packed (not the cold foods) to bring on this road trip. With a bit of planning and not much time you can increase your chances of success on any road trip. So much better than any drive through. Most of my snacks today came from the gas station. Still came super close to hitting my numbers today. I’m actually a little under. Breakfast- Peanut Butter Sandwich, cold brew coffee Lunch- Chicken Sandwich, beef jersey, dill pickles Supper- Chicken Sandwich, Lays Poppables, green beans Snacks- Fit Crunch Bar, Protein Water, Peanut Butter Cups Macros- 137c, 47f, 113p 1,379 calories
I really missed green beans this week! But I like how I felt doing carnivore all week so, I'll keep it like this for now. Carnivore Monday-Friday and incorporate veggies on weekend. I didn't want to have any broccoli or cauliflower because I do notice I feel really bloated when I eat those veggies.  Hopefully the green beans don't treat me the same 😂. My broccoli pizza crust yesterday was kind to me. Next weekend I'll try cabbage in my egg roll in a bowl to see how it goes. .

After a weekend of eating junk food Taylor and I decided to go for a run. It definitely wasn’t easy but I did it. We ran 2 miles. I pushed though all the hills and ran the last  bit of it without stopping. 
I was exhausted after. 
I need to work on my breathing and my pace. 
Slowly but surely I’m getting faster and stronger! I have to thank Taylor for running with me and pushing me to keep going! 💕

Anytime I take this question I always ask about me. I can work up to a deadlift somewhere north of 550 pounds, carry 300 pounds for 100 feet, and I’ve benched 225 for reps.

Do I look bulky? Wouldn’t say so. I’ve actually spent very little time training in a calorie surplus, which is a big reason why.
-
What I think is you’re NEVER gonna get too much muscle if you’re successfully in that calorie deficit that creates the weight loss you’re looking for.
-
And even though I think some people can get bigger then they want training hard, it’s not gonna happen while in a consistent deficit.
-
And it’s not gonna happen after the weight is off and you raise calories to maintenance.
-
For you, most likely, there isn’t a chance  too much muscle is gonna appear without you trying for it for YEARS.
-
Not gonna try to put too much on for years because you don’t want it?
-
Great, you don’t have anything to worry about.
-
Chances are very good you can train as hard as you can and won’t ever have to worry about too much.
-
And if you’re like most people I talk to? The goals you’re after probably involve more muscle even if you think getting lean and being in the shape you want is only about fat loss.
-
Very good chance you’re gonna need to add some muscle and spending some time in a calorie surplus — purposefully, but slowly, gaining weight — will be necessary.

But whatever you do, please don’t fear that you’re gonna end up like the bodybuilders. The lifers that, impressively enough, train 5-10x a week, and organize their entire life around maximizing muscularity.

That ain’t you. And a lot of people act like you head in that direction the second you grab a dumbbell.

Don’t worry about that. Your goals are gonna involve those dumbbells..

I’ve actually spent very little time training in a calorie surplus, which is a big reason why. - What I think is you’re NEVER gonna get too much muscle if you’re successfully in that calorie deficit that creates the weight loss you’re looking for. - And even though I think some people can get bigger then they want training hard, it’s not gonna happen while in a consistent deficit. - And it’s not gonna happen after the weight is off and you raise calories to maintenance. - For you, most likely, there isn’t a chance too much muscle is gonna appear without you trying for it for YEARS. - Not gonna try to put too much on for years because you don’t want it? - Great, you don’t have anything to worry about. - Chances are very good you can train as hard as you can and won’t ever have to worry about too much. - And if you’re like most people I talk to? The goals you’re after probably involve more muscle even if you think getting lean and being in the shape you want is only about fat loss. - Very good chance you’re gonna need to add some muscle and spending some time in a calorie surplus — purposefully, but slowly, gaining weight — will be necessary. - But whatever you do, please don’t fear that you’re gonna end up like the bodybuilders. The lifers that, impressively enough, train 5-10x a week, and organize their entire life around maximizing muscularity. - That ain’t you. And a lot of people act like you head in that direction the second you grab a dumbbell. - Don’t worry about that. Morning work out with this monkey. He started off by copying but then just ramming a lorry under my feet or in my face and I had to dodge him or stand on him. Using a 10kg kettle bell around his is dodgy as but didn't do any swings.. just isolated exercises and squats. I have been using this duo for a month and a half now and WOW!! I have seen so many improvements in my general well-being and health.
