Ready for the journey home tomorrow!⠀
I love to travel but 7 weeks abroad can be tough on the body. The rest of this week is going to involve easing ourselves back into the gym, lots of healthy gut loving/detox foods, face and hair masks and of course a shit load of washing! ⠀
Eine Woche Urlaub ist vorbei: eine Woche mal gaaaarnichts machen außer zocken und zeichnen und Wetter genießen... War ungewohnt aber geil 😁 (mehr ging auch nicht wegen ordentlich Erkältung 🙄) Sonntag gab es dann direkt wieder mein geliebtes Beintraining... So langsam habe ich eine Routine zwischen Krafttraining und Thaiboxen für mich gefunden 🤗 und deswegen geht es Montag auch direkt damit weiter 😼
Der nächste Wettkampf rückt näher, mein Umzug auch und es gibt viel zu tun. 💪💪 Ich freue mich schon riesig auf all diese Chancen mein Leben weiterhin glücklich zu leben, gebe mein Bestes und Mehr und werde nicht an meinem gewählten Weg zweifeln ☝️

Happy Monday Morning #fitfam ! So that late night ended up being an all nighter. Started doing some paperwork I should have done over the weekend but put off for fun......got productive...then just felt like it was useless to go to bed at that point. But did get my squats in, that woke my ass up around 3:30. Was motivated to make sure I didnt skip a day in my #squatchallenge after watching my girl @shedoffme. She tagged me the other day as one of her fitness motivators but you motivate me just as much girl😘💜. .
Also had too much fun watching my girl @ketoinconnecticut in her stories completing her missions yesterday 😂😂😂. Can't wait for our night out. Pure trouble, I tell ya. 😘💜

This week I will be totally outside my comfort zone as we will be working with 200 players and coaches from 🏈 football (American football) with a job description specifically to teach them safety tackle technique, concussion and spinal awareness
This is bucket list stuff for me and something that I always wanted to do (transfere our rugby skills to American football) but never dreamed would happen

Bit sexist, but then it's a bit old. This is exactly how I feel. Not saying it's how anyone else should feel, but this resonates with me greatly.
First day back at @dawnbreakersltd after almost 5 weeks off due to a 2 week break between courses then my 2 week holiday then a week of feeling rubbish. Niggling doubts set in over the weekend; what if I can't get up at 6.15 every morning? Just kept telling myself there is proof to the contrary; I did it during the last course for 6 weeks straight without missing a session. Lovely to work out with my partner in crime @kirstygreenhill. I'm joining this course halfway through; 3 weeks left to run 💪. Bloody loved this morning. So good to be back ♥️
Husband is pro at the back to school paperwork that’s always due right away. Exciting night for him of thick packets times 3. Because he knows I just cannot do paperwork...ever. You know what else he does that I just cannot? He makes Photo albums for me on Shutterfly etc. seriously. I need him. #honestmotherhood#dad#backtoschool#gettingshitdone
