I can now bring my simplistic ideas to life. Only now I can back it up with figures and numbers.

Putting is one of the most simple aspects of golf and yet we still can not help ourselves but to over complicate it.
It should be as easy as tossing your keys across the room to a friend.
You would never take practice throw, or think about how your shoulder, elbow, wrist and fingers work.
You just toss it. I'd bet your pretty accurate with both distance and speed to.
The reason we find putting so difficult is down to one key element…...We care too much!
It all comes down to that word I use a lot….tension. As soon as we start wanting it, tension creeps in and robs us from all our touch and feel.
Just like I promote with every shot. See it, feel it, hit it.
Don't think about how far back your putter goes or even about keeping your putter straight back and through. Just trust your amazing natural hand eye coordination for judgement.
I'm not saying this will make you an amazing putter overnight, but it will free you up to start practicing your touch and feel.
What about dealing with break? Just ask yourself the question, which side will break in from?
Now roll it down that side. It's our jobs to start the ball rolling. It's gravity's job to make the ball go in.
I know there are many that this will not be 'technical’ enough for, but it's that exact reason that is holding you back from being a good putter.
Free up your mind to concentrate on the task you give it. Don't cloud it by giving it sub tasks to do.
The only vaguely technical thing you need to do is not lift your head and look for it straight away. Even if it's for only a split second, just keep your eyes where the ball was.
This the one and only time where 'keeping your head down’ actually works.
One last thing, the Pro's are 50% from 8ft. So when your standing over that 12 footer and feeling like you should make it, you shouldn't!
Be realistic about what putts to go for and which to lag up to the hole.
Take your opportunity's when they come, but don't force it.
Just give it a roll and let gravity do it's job #justrollit
This is so exciting! In an effort to find quick and easy breakfasts (and lunch for Lily), I turned my “ever so popular” protein pancakes into muffins!!! They turned out great! I used 1/4 cup of batter per muffin (after letting the batter sit for about an hour) and baked them at 350 for 25 minutes. 3 “muffins” have only 224 calories, 25.6g carbs, 24g protein and 3.6g fat. No added sugars! You can even add banana or chocolate chips for the kids:). Pull them out of the freezer for a quick breakfast, snack or even lunch! Many discussions with clients over the past few weeks and there was some that thought the all or nothing approach was the ONLY way to go about getting in shape. It may work for some but there is no need to suffer the whole way whilst getting in shape 😐
I have been there so many times where I would restrict myself from my favourite foods because I thought this would get me instant results. I only craved things more and ended up in a cycle of losing and gaining weight.😐
I have done so many nutritional structures where it may have been following a meal plan, tracking on myfitnesspal or eating intuitively. There are so many other methods out there but if you are totally lost, find the nutritional structure that suits YOU. Not anyone else. Not following something you see in a magazine. The one that you can adhere to LONG TERM and gets you RESULTS 🙌
The method that I use now is tracking on Myfitnesspal.
✅I can pick the foods I enjoy.
✅I can structure my calories around what my current goals are.
✅I can eat out whilst picking healthy and nutritious foods.
✅I can plan my meals whilst sticking to my calorie and macro targets.
My point being: Find the best approach that will get you to your goals without being super strict on yourself and for you to enjoy the process too🔥

I’ve been working with who has become a very dear friend and coach Andrea Crowley Wyland for over 2 years. I started working with her in mid 2016 ( I can’t remember the exact date). I’ve always been a very athletic and fit person, then I "grew up” and ended up with a very stressful and sedentary job. I got married to the wrong person and gained a ton of weight. I went from 150lbs to 220lbs….yes 220lbs (I’m only 5’4”). Fast forward 7 years, a divorce a loss of 75 lbs, 2 back surgeries, one being a fusion of my lower spine, a new job and I met the man of my dreams. Athletic, active and a great motivator. We got married, had a beautiful baby boy and I got back up to 180lbs of baby weight. Everything was perfect. But, the weight just wouldn’t come off…I started watching what I put into my mouth and walking EVERY night with my hubby and our baby in his stroller and bam back down to 150 lbs. Then….I started drinking….like A LOT! Some would probably have called me an alcoholic, I considered it more self medicating with alcohol, potato-patato. We were going through A LOT of stress and apparently I was very depressed, angry, and suicidal. Yep, suicidal….I’ve never shared that publicly….only a few people know. I tried to take my life in January of 2017…..a ton of alcohol and pills, LOTS of pills. I failed, thankfully! I had a ton of support from my amazing husband, my close friends, and Andrea helped me probably more than she even realizes, she supported me and stood by me, even though she had never physically met me. I ended up having to have foot surgery in December 2017 and 1 week after my surgery my 13 year old step son accidentally jumped and landed on my surgery foot on both of his knees. That was the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my entire life. This accident resulted in me having CRPS. CRPS is a condition where even though there is no “real” pain in the area, it still hurts and is debilitating. In the midst of all this, my back pain came back in a very bad CLICK BIO FOR WHOLE STORY!

I am offering them for either 4, 8 or 12 sessions a month with a maximum of 3 people per session so spaces are limited and on a first come, first served basis. You will be able to pay for and book sessions online.
These sessions are targeted at people wanting to drop fat and tone up and will be full body workouts using weighted and body weighted exercises and are suitable for beginner and intermediate fitness levels.
You will get all the benefits of personal training but at a fraction of the cost!
