Whew! I have had quite the busy few weeks. After prepping for and carrying out my holiday show over the weekend, I spent the last two days painting my festivity tree for @colonysquareatl! This is a 7-foot tree made from wood, and it will be on display during the month of December. The big reveal party is on 11/30 from 4-6pm, and I would love to see you there! Holiday drinks and music and tons of beautiful art. 😍
Here's a little peek of my tree (mountains, trees, love, and the moon - all of my favorite things!). I'll be posting teasers up until the day of the big reveal. Woop woop! 🎉
Note the HUGE cleansing breath I took just before this last #moveoftheday 💥 ! I had to switch the order up of my workouts just cause my #tenniselbowsucks and I needed to give it a break from gripping weights. Some days, it's completely painless, other days I can't hold a pen! But that's no excuse to quit. It's a reason to listen to my body and adjust my plans to accomplish my end goal while taking care of my injury. *
Tennis elbow, aka #laterlepicondylitis is a tendonitis of the outer forearm that is uses to help rotate and extend the wrist/hand. It becomes injured with over use or excessive resistance is applied to that muscle, causes tear or over stretching of the tendon attaching to the outer elbow. Recovery requires support, ice, heat, and anti inflammatory medications. Then stretching and strengthening follows to build up the strength. It can cause pain for several months. *
It’s an early winter fog here. The kind where you can see the vehicles ahead of you but everything to the left and right just disappears into the fog.
It got me thinking about Clarity!
So I want to ask you a very important question.

When I first encountered that question it became a defining moment for me.
In fact, I’m launching a podcast next week (if everything goes as planned) and in the first episode I’ll share my story of encountering this question and the amazing changes it brought.

Mornings in our house far from NORMAL... Blaring music, ball and trucks EVERYWHERE, lots of coffee, sometimes screaming, or a hormonal cry thrown in there...they are anything but average, but I absolutely love them and wouldn’t trade them for the world! 💕💕

As of 9PM UK time I will be 30
And that means we come to and end of this series of posts
This series has helped me quite a lot
Its cleared up what I want to achieve
But also given me a vision of what I am doing everything for
I didn’t really do these posts for anyone else
It was all to commit to these 30 things and allow anyone who has seen them to hold me account for it
Doing it has helped me build consistency into what I do
I’ve been going through my time just doing things haphazardly
Not having a plan and trying to do all the ideas all at once
And to be fair not doing any of them in the process
I now have a clear path of what I need to do and those things are set to be done
Different business opportunities will pop up but I will only do them if they fit into the vision
And will get me to where I have committed to get to
But I wouldn’t have got to this level without some great people and those are the people I want to give back to today
Awhile back I got an audio book called How to be F*cking Awesome and I loved it
But I didn’t use any of the great stuff in it cus I was a numpty
Since then I joined the great mans group
And as of May I joined Espresso with Dan
Joining that group I have connected with a wide variety of people
All bat shit crazy but then who isn’t
The advice and guidance the community there gives has been invaluable and has helped kick me into gear
Seeing the successes inspires and seeing others struggle with the same things helps show we are not alone
And they are also a good laugh

Jeg styrketræner, løber, dyrker aerobics og går til crossdance. Og ellers går jeg lange ture så tit jeg kan. Det er så fedt 🥰
