Day #22 of the #30dayvideochallenge and I am so grateful and humbled by this journey. Helping people is what I love to do but this... Herbalife...has shown me so much more about myself and what I am capable of. I have had the privilege of working with several people this year. I have watched not only their physical results (which have been AMAZING) but also their emotional and mental transformation. This community. This journey is a life changing journey..its like you re-establish who you really are. You figure out your goals and make a plan to execute. All along while doing this I have gained confidence, have helped others gain confidence, gotten amazing results as well as watch and help others get results, guided people..and to see the smiles on their faces and hearing them tell you that you changed and may have saved their lives means THE WORLD. Don't let something that is only a part of you define who you are.
The truth of the matter is, I am so much more than my social media.
I aim to help others, to provide the most I can, to show up and get others through what they are going through.
However, while helping others with their mindset is what I aim to do with my time on social media, it isn't what my biggest business goal is.
Since I am in this limbo between putting the work in and achieving my goal, I have invested myself massively into this space.
With that being said, I may be a little down and a little short from time to time.
I am human. I have ups and downs. And while part of me wants to provide high energy motivational shit all the time, it may not happen.
But I will still do what I can because I still believe that I can provide value to you while I go through the shit to make my goals a reality.
My hope is that you are on your way to making your goals a reality as well.

Okay.... I’m human guys and when you have an extremely busy weekend this is what laundry looks like! Clean and waiting to be folded on the couch(getting it done after this post)! And still needed to be washed in the laundry room🤦🏻♀️
Before I had an amazing group of coaches and challengers in my virtual gym, I would have done the laundry first and put myself last! It’s gonna get done and then it’s just gonna get dirty again. If I do everything else first I wouldn’t get to myself. I know I feel better when I put my health and fitness first! It’s not being selfish, it’s taking care of yourself! Accountability is the glue that ties commitment to results!! I wouldn’t be where I am today without the accountability Beachbody has given me😌I have to just do it and have my workout planned I to my day! So I want to show this bc this is what goes on 80-90% of the time! I get very anxious and overwhelmed and just angry when I see mess or Clutter in my house. I love to run and workout so I’m gonna do that and this laundry(and other chores) will get done too!!! My shake is also a nonnegotiable bc it fuels me with with the vitamins and nutrients my body needs so why would I not drink it!!! I’m multitasking lol!!!!! Happy Monday!!!!!!

Consistency is key 🔑 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We may not notice earth shattering results when we’re being consistent in our work but we definitely notice when we’re not being consistent.
When we waver from consistency we notice a huge difference in results, in that there are either no results or poor results.
So even though we may not be seeing the results we desire, through being consistent we will eventually see the desired results it just may take a bit longer than we imagine.
How do you stay consistent?

These babies will do a number on ya, that I guarantee 👌🏻 These are great for control and make sure you squeeze each side evenly. Here’s how to do it:
💪 Grab both handles and pull back to have both elbows by your sides 💪 Pick an arm to start with and start the row by letting that arm go forward while keeping the other arm still
💪 And switch!! (I like to do 4 reps at a time/arm)
💪 Make sure you feel your shoulder blades closing together as you row in. Maximize that muscle contraction 👌🏻
