Today started off rough.
It is day 6 of my program that I am doing and I was full of self doubt. Can I really do 80 days? Can I really show people how important it is to CHOOSE themselves over their excuses? Can I finish this workout today?
The answer is YES. I can do all of those things as long as I STOP DOUBTING MYSELF.
I have to DIG DEEP and know I can do it. Trust me I know better than almost anyone that giving up those excuses is HARD. There are plenty of reason to doubt yourself but you know what I say to that?? SCREW THE EXCUSES AND START LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE.
If for you, your excuses revolve around working out, eating right, and overall just living a better life, YOU NEED to get in my group. So let’s do the DAMN thing and fill out the link in my bio!

As a normal people. Yes, i have all those feelings, feeling insecure, left out, behind, unacceptable, not good enough, self-rejected, etc. To dismissed all of them, the response would be over; over-reactions, over-thinking, aiming to get other people attention. Because on the island this big, it hurts less when you're not lost alone. But what happen after, when the circle getting big and bigger and i think they’re all friends, I can’t keep them all, I can’t have them all. Someone will get hurts. People from the past will coming back, people from the past will stab your back, people in current circle will make a joke about you, or people just don’t a give a damn. Because.. in the end of the day, I’m the only one who can #makeitright and #getoverit by choosing the right people around me. People in imperfection.
The first time I took part in an accountability group I expected to drop 👇🏼 a couple pounds and start feeling more comfortable and confident! I did exactly that and it felt great! What I didn’t expect was for it to spark a fire in me that was waiting to be lit!! 🔥
Do you have an interest in health and fitness? I always have!! I was even certified to teach a fitness class for a little while before I started having kids 👶🏼 👶🏼 👶🏼, but then life got busy #momof3 and my passion got pushed aside!
I’ve always felt like I could do something “more”, or that I had something to offer and that I wanted to be able to help people somehow, but how was always the question ⁉️Online community — that’s where I found a way to share what I love!•
Social media has given me the opportunity to do what I love! I now virtually connect with other women to work together on their health and fitness journey. We share struggles, we share success, we laugh 😂, we cry 😭, we lift each other up and we are there for each other 🤝
Feel like you’ve got something to give too? Feel like you’ve got a passion to share? Take one step forward, check it out, give it a try, you never know, it might change your life ☺️If I can do this, so can you! 😌
Curious about what it is exactly we do as coaches? Come check out our snoop group to see what it’s all about!! Simply request to join by clicking on the link in my bio! Can’t wait to see you there!!

Day 70/80 done. Yep still going!! And I feel strong today. 💪🏼 Yes this is not my favorite workout, 😬 but only because I have mental barriers with it. I’ve convinced myself this is a hard workout. It is challenging but when I look at these moves individually and I only have to do 4 of each, and then repeat the whole sequence, it’s not difficult. All things doable. I can do hard things. 😉 It’s only hard if I let it be. And if I let it be hard, then I’ve already defeated myself. So what I did was regather my thoughts. When those negative self doubts crept in, I turned my brain off and just went through the movements. I focused on counting. I didn’t think of aches, pains, tiredness, self loathing, NOTHING. I FELT NOTHING BUT MOVEMENT. The body will keep going if you let it. So let it. If I can do this in this one workout I can do that in my life!! When life starts beating me up with little stresses or big stresses, I can step back, breathe, and count and just go through the movements of what needs to get done and push through. Without the self loathing, the tiredness, the self doubt. And in the end come out stronger. #amiright
Are you afraid of starting something new because of failure?
That is probably the thing I hear from people about starting a new job, a new business. Guess what? It's ok to be afraid.
Do not become paralyzed by the idea of failure. Be afraid of not living. Be afraid of not trying. Not giving it your all. We only have this life, so give it your best shot, try your hardest, and live it to the fullest.
Don’t be afraid to fail. Be afraid not to try.
The Enemies of Rhodesia (1965-1980) -- In this post I will focus on the two guerilla groups that openly engaged the Rhodesian Security Forces during the course of the Bush War; ZANLA and ZIPRA, two different movements, with differing international support, and differing ideologies. ZANLA, being headed by Herbert Chipeto until 1972, then Josiah Tangogara until 1979, then finally Robert Mugabe, and recieved most of it's military support from China, and the victorious FRELIMO of Mozambique. ZANLA claimed a Maoist thought of communism, which offended the USSR, and prevented Soviet backing. ZANLA initially operated out of Zambia, then was also able to move through the entirety of Mozambique ,after FRELIMO won independence, and granted them passage for border infiltration operations into Rhodesia. ZANLA claims the opening shots of the Bush War, where 7 terrs engaged with the BSAP while enrout to sabotage the Kariba power station in 1966. ZANLA (now ZANU-PF) became the victorious and ruling party of Zimbabwe after independence in 1980. The second, and often less mentioned group is ZIPRA; formed in 1964 by Jason Moyo and Joshua Nkomo. ZIPRA followed a traditional Soviet style Marxism, and recieved military support from primarily the Soviet Union. Operating exclusively out of Zambia, they enjoyed their own operational zones exclusive of the often unfriendly ZANLA guerillas, and their political wing (ZAPU) often preffered negotiations rather than all out military force like ZANLA, this allowed them the time to train a more conventional "army", as well as a guerilla force. This however does not exclude them from the Bush War, i.e. their shooting down of Rhodesian Flight 825, which caused 48 civilian deaths, and lead to the famous Operation Gatling (Green Leader), a Rhodesian retaliation strike into Zambia via the RhAF. ZIPRA would not be the victorious party in Zimbabwe after 1980.
After Years of not gathering like we use to as The Moore family, with much prayer and putting differences to the side to bridge the gap of love life and unity, our grandmother was able to rejoice in the beauty of her loins (as the elders would say)... 👈😁🤗 Families have dysfunctions but the beauty in Oneness is 💛💙. You only have one life so live it like you dont have any other choice...
It's not so much as life is too short, life is too precious to waste it on foolishness and nonsense.. My auntie Jean wouldve made her famous chicken salad (RIH) and been so happy....but she is with the Lord.
