Do y'all have a good arm, or a good leg? A good side?
Here's how my body is set up (imo):
•good delt- left (I flex it more 😜)
•good bicep-right (dominant)
•good hamstring-both ayyy 😈
•good glute-in clothes, right. Bikini or nakey, left 🤷🏻♀️
•good calf- left (all those slides off one foot 🏐)
•good tricep-left (it works harder)
•good boy- Meeks. Always
Knowing all of these about yourself is also super helpful when you are putting your posing routine together. You want to present your best physique. So if you know you can play up your best side without even showing the "lesser" then it would be in your best interest to do so, and use that to your advantage. 😼
Just to be clear so no one loses their shit in my comments, I am not saying I have a bad or worse side. I am saying that whichever particular side and muscle is larger, more defined, or my favorite. It's my opinion on my own physique and I'm not asking what your's is of ME, but of YOURSELVES if you can relate.
