Le gambe non rispondono più ma quel bilanciere, in un modo o nell'altro, lo fai salire.
Finisco al 9o posto RX una gara in cui ho commesso diversi errori ma dove mi sono misurato con gente davvero grossa e forte.

Over the summer we’re taking part in @disneyuk #24hourchallenge which is encouraging families across the country to get active and spend quality time together as well as raising money for @unicef_uk. So far we’re pleased to say we’ve clocked four hours to date. And we’ve even counted family walks to the shops as part of it.
Luckily, we have friends who have a swimming pool in their garden and not only has it been a lifesaver for cooling down in the heat, but we could spend all day in it playing, splashing, jumping and having tons of fun.
