Huge non scale victory for me this morning!!!! Plyo tricep push up to normal push up. I did 2 sets of 30 seconds on my toes!!!! By round 3 I was on my knees and still doing the plyo!!!! Every fucking day I am getting stronger. THAT my friends is what is important!!!! What is YOUR latest non scale victory?!?! Let's hear it!!! I want to celebrate YOU!!!!

It is true that eating organically comes at a cost, financial. Is it worth it? It's important to weigh up the facts so that you can make informed choices. I'm not about to write a debate with fully researched points and counter points, as this is not the medium for this. What I will do is give you is 1 fact, 2 opinions and 3 tips.
1. Insecticides, pesticides and fungicides are designed to kill. Now they are designed to kill insects, weeds and fungus which are for the most part much smaller than us, but to those smaller organisms, they are lethal in small doses. Do we fully understand the long term effect of these chemicals building up in our body? The answer is not really no, most of the sprays used have not been around long enough for longterm impact studies to have been done, there are some findings on some products though you may have read about Monsanto and glyophosphate.
2. My opinion is that it seems to make sense to me to avoid intentionally putting any poison in my body, no matter how small the dose. I try to limit it to alcohol.
2a. In my opinion any money spent on health, inclusive of food is an investment not an expense.
3. When eating veg or fruits, the ones with the softest skin or outer are most likely to be the most sprayed. Things like avocado's have a thick skin so absorb less .
3b. inorganic meat or milk will not only be high in antibiotics, but if the animals source of food is not organic then the meat will also have a build up of chemicals too.
3c. Organic food has been shown to have a much higher nutritional value to it's inorganic counterparts.
