Many women think once she becomes pregnant she needs to stop exercise, which is not the case. Unless the pregnancy is high risk then exercise is beneficial for both the momma & baby. I absolutely L🧡VE when pregnant women work out at OTF! Sure they adjust the workouts here & there but at the end of the day mommas & babies benefit from:
1) Higher chance of a smooth labor & delivery.
2) More energy.
3) More likely to avoid a forceps delivery, C-section, or other interventions.
4) More likely to experience less leg swelling.
5) May help prevent, or treat, gestational diabetes.

When all was done I had felt like giving a little more. I had felt I didn't give enough so I went a second round and put in another 2 miles for the day. I'm not saying everyone can but you can at least give a little more every time. So when you feel like it's not enough, get the fuck up and do more! No excuses!
