When was the last time you exercised at home or went to the gym?! 🚲 🏊♂️ 🧘♀️ 🏃🏽♀️ 💪 Maybe it’s the weather or an excuse 👀 but exercise is a no no for me the past week and a half 😔. Taking breaks here and there is important 👌🏾. Well it’s time to get back into the swing of things and level up. 💃🏽 💃🏽 💪🏾 #levelup
My dad has some mad skills. So happy that I got to see him this past weekend and he had to show off his skills of milking and eating ice cream. All he is missing is his one-legged stool and hardhat.
I remember growing up in the farm and waking up early to feed the calves before school. Evenings I’d bring the cows in for milking. There were times I’d sit on a milk can and talk to Dad while he was milking. My favorite was grabbing the red plastic cup to ask Dad for some milk. Fresh milk is still my favorite thing.
When I go home my parents know that it is a requirement that I head to the dairy and see the cows. Either helping with herd check, riding in the tractor with Dad while he feeds, or just seeing the cows and calves. #farmlife#myfamily#dairyfarmer#dad#icecream#vacation#kettlekitchen#october#autumn#milking
You have to stay consistent and the results will follow. Anyone who is good/great at something puts in time, effort and works at it over and over again. No one becomes an instant success at anything in less than 24 hours. Most times it takes weeks, months and/or even years of practice, training or learning to get better. Same thing in fitness. Keep at it, it will happen 😁🥊💯👍💪
