Habit Bliss Live Pop-Up Panel! Creating Successful Relationships ▫️
LINK IN BIO 👌👍
No matter how far you've come, no matter what you've achieved, if you don't have someone to share it with, success doesn't taste as sweet.
...but simply having a relationship is not the goal either. How many people feel more alone with their partners than they feel when they're actually alone?
Learning what it takes to create the relationship that works for you - your own dream relationship - is key!
***Date: July 19 / TIme: 6-9pm / Location: Midtown Manhattan***
This event is NOT ABOUT superficial tips and tricks to 'get the guy (or girl),' It's about CONSCIOUSLY CREATING HABITS that allow you to EASILY attract and create that powerful, intimate and deeply rewarding relationship we all long for!
Our upcoming panel - Creating Successful Relationships - will dive deep into EXACTLY HOW TO DO THIS.
We all deserve to have the LOVE WE DESIRE. If you agree - you should definitely attend this event!
Embrace the here and now. Lots of education and uncomfortable places in my year long teacher training with @sreacademies but I love it! Be comfortable in uncomfortable situations and you can conquer anything is my motto in life. I push my team to get out of their comfort zone all the time and it’s nice to have someone to push me. Can’t wait to get back to the grind and get to work.
Yesterday I had lunch with my Grandparents and heard the story of how my mum was born. My Grandma went in to labour at home and the midwife came to check on her. She said the baby wouldn't arrive until tomorrow and she would return in the morning.
Not long after my Grandma realised the baby was coming very soon and sent my Grandad to the nearest phone box to call the midwife. Cell phones didn't exist then and house phones were very expensive, so leaving my Grandma to make the call was the only option.
During the time my Grandad was out the house trying to get the midwife to come back my Grandma gave birth. She gave birth at home on her own. No midwife, no doctor, no nurse, no doula, no partner and no pain management.
When I asked her "how did you do that?!" She very calmly and matter-of-factly said "she was coming, I had no other choice". This got me thinking. My Grandma did not expect or imagine she would give birth like that but that was the challenge she was faced with. She had no other choice than to find the strength from within and get through it.
I think it would be fair to say we've all survived and got through very challenging experiences in our lives, and if we had been told before hand what we would end up doing we'd say "no way, I'm not strong enough to do that". Yet when the situation is right in front of us we do find the strength, resilience and courage to do it; to grit our teeth and push through (maybe literally in my grandma's case!). There are so many strong people in this world who can inspire us with their stories, but consider this for a moment: your story could be the one that inspires someone to be strong, to push through. Perhaps looking at our own triumphs from time to time we can inspire ourselves too.
The power of sharing our stories is hugely underestimated. Let's change that. Share you stories, listen to people tell there's. Allow yourself to be inspired!
Bom dia!!💐💕

“I could never do what you do!”
This is a comment I hear a lot. About my early AM wake ups, my workouts, the perceived discipline I have (hint: it’s just habit!). And it makes me want to scream. Like, legit scream. No, maybe right now you can’t, that may be true - but saying “I could never”?! Lies. Lies. Lies.
Instead I want to hear more “I want to do what you do!”. Come from an inspired and determined place - not a place of defeat or non-belief. The women I want to seek me out are the ones with the “what if I dropped the 60lbs?”, “I wonder if I could learn to love my arms”, “I bet if I stuck to it this time I could feel awesome in shorts”.
You may not be “there” (whatever your there is!) yet, my dear, but don’t you dare put walls around yourself saying “I could never”. #craftyourlife 💋
... continua no 3/9 🔜⠀
