Good morning! 🌏☀️
I'm so happy I found Lucky Charms when I went to the shopping mall the other day! I'm pretty sure the last time I ate some was when I was living in Singapore! (13 years ago!) They're quite expensive - but totally worth every penny!
I wonder if I can find any more US cereals here! 🤭
It’s important now more than ever to know what’s in your products! EcoSMART is the worlds leading producer of safe, non-toxic pesticides and the only U.S. supplier with a complete line of EPA exempt products.
WEED-KILLING CHEMICAL FOUND IN CEREALS & OAT PRODUCTS. According to a report by the Environmental Working Group, 61 samples of popular grain-based products like cereals, oatmeals, and granola bars including Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Nature Valley Oats ‘n’ Honey granola bars, and Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, contained traces of the #glyphosate , a chemical found in weed & grass killer. Quaker and General Mills both told CBS News their products are safe and meet any regulatory safety standards. #quakeroats#generalmills#roundupweedkiller#cheerios#luckycharms#cereals #
@nytimes report: studies by @environmentalworkinggroup found the cancer-causing weed killer #glyphosate in Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, Quaker Dinosaur Egg Instant Oatmeal + Cheerios. When @generalmills + #quakeroats responded their products are within the legal limits set by the EPA, EWG President Ken Cook issued a statement: “Just because a pesticide level is legal in food doesn’t mean that level is safe. General Mills and Quaker Oats should volunteer to meet real health standards and make the effort to remove glyphosate from their products. The companies should not wait for a mandate from the federal government to do what’s right for their consumers. We expect better from General Mills and Quaker Oats, and we will continue to urge consumers to express their preference with their pocketbooks. People don’t like to eat pesticides. They don’t like to drink pesticides. Despite the benefits they often have, pesticides have no place in people.”
