There will be times when you reach your goals for the day and don't feel satisfied. Reaching the goal wasn't satisfying enough for your day. To combat this i always look around and find one more task to do if the project isn't fully completed. After doing this for 1 year, Heres 3 things I learned. ✅
🔴My projects finished faster
🔴My team worked longer if I did
🔴I felt more satisfied with my days
✳️If you work past your expected goals you feel a lot more accomplished being an overachiever.
Following a devastating fire to the church’s original sanctuary, FBC Fairhope was able to rebuild a new worship facility to meet their needs. Now, with a need to bring older facilities up to modern standards as well as help to reach young families, FBC Fairhope has partnered with MG+A for strategic planning. MG+A has completed master planning which identified long term needs and campus capacity. The next phase is under construction and includes a new commons area along with new and renovated spaces for preschool, children, students, adults and administration. #MyrickGurosky#MGAFBCFairhope

The third photo series highlights the preservation of a mural painted by Stamford’s own Delos Palmer (1890-1960). Palmer’s 1934 “Dark Day” depicts Abraham Davenport speaking in front of Governor Jonathan Trumbull during New England’s famous Dark Day on May 19, 1780, when the skies blackened before noon. Despite fearing what they thought was divine punishment, the Senate continued working under candlelight. The cause of the darkness was later found to be smoke from harsh forest fires in Canada. KSR was responsible for plaster repairs and woodwork restoration all while preserving the integrity of the mural.

Intent based branding is something one of my mentors @frankkern created
I’ve used it in my business and it works great
Basically you produce content
And for those that consume the content you re target then with more content
For those that don’t consume the content we don’t retarget then and waste money because they didn’t show interest
After a series of retargeting, we make an offer to those most interested.
Platforms like Facebook make this super easy to do
