I jumped onto my 4 week weightloss programme from the 1st of December in order to shed off the excess fat I gained from Sept upto November. In just a week I definately feel the difference as I've managed to remove about 2pounds/1kg off.
What's the strategy: ✔I'm lifting heavier
✔ Intermittent fasting through out the entire week
✔I did cardio 5 times a week
✔I'm drinking 4.5 lt of water
✔I carb cycle between 1500cals and 2200 cals a day
✔lastly I'm patient and enjoying my weightloss journey😊
Today is my rest day yeahhh💃
