✔️Ben her gün 40 dk min. tempolu yürümeye çalışıyorum. Evet evde bütün gün koşturuyoruz ya da işe gidip geliyoruz ama malesef bunlari spordan sayamayiz 🙄
✔️Evde uygulayacağızmız cok basit spor hareketlerini düzenli yaparakta muhteşem sonuçlar alabiliriz.
✔️İp atlamak yapılacak en kolaylar arasinda. Benim için ilk başlarda 10 tane bile atlamak inanılmaz zordu. Şuan tek seferde 100 leri görebiliyorum. Evin bir köşesinde herhangi bir şeyi kırıp dökmeyeceginize emin olup evde bile atlayabilirsiniz. Tabi alt komşu varsa onuda düşünmek gerek😊
✔️Spor salonu şansınız varsa yakınlarda yüzme havuzu varsa ya da denize ulaşmak sizin için kolaysa her firsatta değerlendirin. ✔️Spor vucuda ve zihne inanilmaz iyi geliyor. ✴️큰 도시에 산 사람들한테 날마다 운동한다는 곳은 아무리 어렵게 본다고 건강을 위한 시간을 꼭 분리해야돼요.
✴️ 기적의 약을 먹는다면 한밤에 10 킬로 빼줬으면 좋겠지만 그럴 수가없어요. 그러니까 날마다 할 수 있는 운동을 꼭 해야돼요. ✴️보양식 먹고 운동 잘하면서 건강할 수 있어요. ✴️얼마나 보양식 먹다고 해도 운동안하면 살 빠지는것을 어려울거에요. ✴️주말만 열심히 운동한다기 보다는 매일 조금씩조금씩 하는게 더 좋을거에요.
✴️그리고 재일 중요한건 "스트레스 너무 받지마" 🌱인생은 잛으니까 계속 부정적으로 보지마라용 😊

I love cold cereal or granola for breakfast, especially when it’s hot outside (like now ☀️) so while on GAPS for the last month and a half I had this grain-free granola a lot, made with honey and stevia as the only sweeteners, and coconut flakes as the base sub for oats, it’s one of my new pantry staples. 🍽️ What I've been eating 🍽️ I'm still doing my own version of Full GAPS. I've been meaning to make individual posts when I try new recipes, but it's ended up being a multiple-photo kind of post.
Making fat bombs is a mental challenge for me because using 1 cup (or so) of nut butter at a time makes it disappear so quickly. I'm rationing my nut butter right now because if I want it on hand, I've got to make sure the nuts are soaked and dehydrated. 🕰️ I did make pecan butter today, and it's so good that I'm not sure I can ever eat anything else. Anyhoo, these single-serving fat bombs are what I do in moments of desperation. I mix nut butter, coconut oil, sometimes some coconut butter or ghee, plus cinnamon and some honey or stevia. I stick it I'm the fridge until somewhat hardened. It's super simple!
Tacos 🤤. We made lettuce-shell chicken tacos and put avocado and orange tomato on it. I drizzled mine with my absolute favorite dressing, @tessemaes avocado ranch. 🥑🥑🥑
We stuffed a itty bitty squash with sausage, bell peppers, and onions, which I seemed to tolerate. We had to serve it with burst tomato sauce, of course!
I finally made macadamia & coconut crusted chicken strips! All it needed was a pineapple dipping sauce.
And...I made my first tea latte since starting GAPS! I had been having bulletproof coffee or tea daily and has been what I missed most. I used adaptogen tea, added coconut oil, ghee, turmeric, ashwaghanda, and @foursigmatic 10 mushroom blend. Those last two were to send my adrenals some TLC. Blend it all up and it becomes frothy! I've missed you, my frothy friend.
Fruit roll-ups (fruit leather or fruit straps) can be easily made at home in a food dehydrator. Like everything you make at home, you are in control of the ingredients, and that’s key. In these, we have included homemade coconut yogurt to the berry mix to get a little dose of probiotic goodness in every mouthful. The recipe is up in the bio. Our Hybrid food dehydrator has a low setting to ensure probiotic bacteria can survive.

It's not just the effect of the alcohol on our gut that we need to consider. It's also the sugar! High sugar consumption does our microbiome no favours at all 🍹🍸😫
As I’ve been feeling better I’ve been trying to go out more with friends and be a normal person again 😂 when my MCAS was really bad and I was reactive to almost everything it was hard to get anything while I was out. I was just eat before I left and drink water. As my MCAS has chilled out a bit, I’m able to get things like herbal teas (chamomile is my go to, but I tried lavender the other day and that was nice!), and plain club soda at bars. It’s bubbly and looks like a “real” drink so I can feel a little fancier! Also my palette has changed so much that it tastes almost sweet to me now 😂 Plain club soda is GAPS compliant, and although the carbonation is not great for health if it’s over done, once in a while for a treat when I’m out is fine! My nutritionist suggested that she thinks I’m ready now to add mint, lemon and lime back into my diet. For very sensitive folks those can be histamine triggers but she thinks my gut has healed enough that I’m ready now! I had fresh spearmint in a stir fry the other day to try it out and had no reactions so I’m hopeful! Pumpkin Spaghetti with Roasted Turkey and King Oyster Mushrooms. 1. Preheat oven to 190 C. 2. Season turkey leg and a large slice of spaghetti pumpkin with salt, pepper, zaatar spice, insert few garlic cloves in small cuts in the leg, sprinkle with olive oil. 3. Roast for 1 hour 10 min. 4. While roasting, I made onion and mushroom fry. 5. When turkey is ready, cut it in small pieces and pour all juices to the mushroom pan. I'm currently on a low white residue diet as I'm booked in for a colonoscopy on Wednesday I have ulcerative colitis so having a checkup. So I've had to go on a low white residue diet which I started yesterday and been told to eat food like white pasta bread rice chicken breast white cream cheese etc which I've been doing but Since eating the white stuff this morning I've woken up really congested my sinuses are congested I'm sure it's from what I've been eating... so I'm making some healing chicken broth today I usually have broth but run out so making a batch of healing broth. This way I can have some clear broth with cooked chicken breast for the next few days I've also got some egg whites so will make some white omelets with chicken and feta cheese. I'm going to stop eating the other white stuff... Hopefully changing my diet will also clear my congestion. #bonebroth#healing

But, the reason I jumped on here was to share an insight into why we eat what we do on the GAPS diet
Cholesterol is the major building block of Vit D: Vit D is made from cholesterol in our skin when it is exposed to sunlight. So get that skin out in the sunshine and don’t avoid cholesterol from healthy sources like egg yolks. Cod liver oil is the richest natural source of Vit D (210 micrograms/100g), the next closest is eggs (4.94micrograms/100g). A daily dose of high quality CLO is incredibly beneficial for the body. Supplements mostly contain Vit D2, which is made by irradiating mushrooms and other plants. Apart from that horrifying thought, it is not as effective and easier to get a toxic level.

I’m traveling to Brazil 🇧🇷 and The best way to travel is to fast. Drink loads of water, to stay well hydrated and enjoy abundant energy while burning fat. When we fast not only we don’t produce free radicals, through digestion of foods but we actually become more resistant to radiation, which we are exposed to during the flight. Ketones role goes far beyond energy. Are you experiencing “beeturia” after consuming beets? “Beeturia” is a red coloration of the urine (or stools) that affects about 15% of the population. This can be an indication of inadequate production of hydrochloric acid by the stomach. Beets contain compounds known as betacyanins, which give beets their beautiful red color. Ideally the stomach should have a very low acid pH. The low pH of the stomach is needed in order to adequately digest proteins and minerals. Research is finding that those people with beeturia do not produce enough hydrochloric acid to completely break down this pigmented compound; nor do they fully digest their proteins and minerals.
