Sleep is extremely important for many different reasons. Getting enough quality sleep can protect your mental health, physical health and your quality of life. You often hear people say ''Ill sleep when I am dead''. Well to be honest, without enough sleep you can actually deplete your life span. So sleep is actually very important to a long, healthy life. 
Ongoing sleep deficiency can affect how you think, react, learn, work and get on with other people. 
Sleep For Your Brain:

Sleep helps your brain rest and prepare for the next day. Your brain spends from 14-18 hours per day active depending on your work day and resting time while still awake. Studies also show that a good nights sleep improve learning. 
Sleep for Physical Health:

Sleep plays a very important role in your physical health. Sleep helps in the repair of your heart and blood vessels. Sleep deficiency is linked to many health problems including strokes, heat disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. 
Exercise and Sleep:

Good quality exercise can lead good sleep. As little as 10 mins aerobic activity a day can improve your sleep quality so get moving, even if its just a quick 10 minute walk in the evening or on your lunch break!

Only training 3 days per week (max 4) and enjoying every minute of it. Personally from experience I think training 6 days with one rest day in between isn’t optimal as I found myself recovering & sleeping poorly. 🙄
