Beaches with rock formations are my favorite. Slacken and Stretch the Forearm: (In two directions)
Gently twist your palm so your thumb faces
down. This will release tension in your elbow
and wrist. Hold at least two minutes.
Then twist the arm the other way and hold for two minutes.
If you are treating Carpal Tunnel Syndrome,
keep your wrist straight. A bent wrist could
bring on numbness and tingling.
These can all be repeated up to 5 times a day or until any potential relief is felt.
As with all stretches and exercise this should be done without pain, should you experience pain, cease the movement. This is not going to resolve issues but may give some people some benefit of relief until the have resolved the issue with a medical professional or therapist etc
