Throwback to when i used to lift with shit form haha, at that time all i cared about was lifting heavy and looking strong. Even though my form was zero but my effort and dedication were 💯. I always wanted to learn, i learnt by observing people, by reading and watching tutorials. Its a never ending process, its a journey and i will keep learning and keep getting better everyday
Things will never be perfect, my biggest mistake was that i waited for the perfect time to take step forward which did not help me at all. But i've learnt from my mistake and this is the time to make moves, move towards my vision, help and influence many. If you can hold on to your vision even when things are not going your way, nothing can stop ya. So keep visualising and keep moving forward. #seventiesathlectics
