My yoga journey started about 1 and a half year ago, when I happily realized that you can REALLY work on your flexibility. For some of you it could seem something obvious but it was not for me. For all my life I thought I was inflexible and that would have been one of my features, but it's not like that! Not for me and not for everyone who wants to change! I also thought yoga was something related only on meditation but it is not! Or better, it is, and it is great to add meditation to your practice but yoga is the most complete activity you can do to improve your body, both in flexibility and strenght.
It is not easy, you have to work a lot, to be patient, to be gentle with your body, to listen to it, to go on, even if your goals seem to be so far away, but we know that the journey is the reward and we need to enjoy it in every moment. Changing your body in a conscious way changes your mind and your attitude 💚
