Day 70/80 done. Yep still going!! And I feel strong today. 💪🏼 Yes this is not my favorite workout, 😬 but only because I have mental barriers with it. I’ve convinced myself this is a hard workout. It is challenging but when I look at these moves individually and I only have to do 4 of each, and then repeat the whole sequence, it’s not difficult. All things doable. I can do hard things. 😉 It’s only hard if I let it be. And if I let it be hard, then I’ve already defeated myself. So what I did was regather my thoughts. When those negative self doubts crept in, I turned my brain off and just went through the movements. I focused on counting. I didn’t think of aches, pains, tiredness, self loathing, NOTHING. I FELT NOTHING BUT MOVEMENT. The body will keep going if you let it. So let it. If I can do this in this one workout I can do that in my life!! When life starts beating me up with little stresses or big stresses, I can step back, breathe, and count and just go through the movements of what needs to get done and push through. Without the self loathing, the tiredness, the self doubt. And in the end come out stronger. #amiright
Whew day 2!! Arms are officially noodles 😂 glad I wasn't the one putting baby girl back to bed this morning...bc idk if I could lift her right now 🤔😂🤦 It wasn't an easy night with the little man...I had to be a stealth ninja getting out of bed this morning 😒... quietly thinking to myself...do NOT wake him!! You can do this!! 😂
Then quietly hoping hubby didn't wake him either.... Well got through the 35min. Workout...and just as I was about to head upstairs I hear baby girl chatting 😲
After some talking and small snack back to bed she went....soooo thankful hubby didn't leave yet bc that's who she wanted. Lol
So now for a quiet morning...and no matter what moods the kids are in I got my workout in and I'm ready for it!! 💪😉
Had a bit of a plot twist tonight and didn’t get home until 9:30pm. .
I could have said oh well. I’ll try again tomorrow but I made a commitment to myself and to my group. So, even though: ⏱it was late 😠I was annoyed 😢 I was emotional 😴 I was tired Etc... I refuse to break a promise to myself and a commitment to my group. So I got in #DAYONE
Wow 😮 day 1 of brand new program!

telling myself that I haven’t gained any weight back! Or inches back!

The only way through your struggles, are to a face them head-on, accept them for what they are and then find a solution to beat them 🔥
I have been struggling, for a while (Hey I’m human)
and instead of facing up, I’ve been making all the excuses…
I’m just so busy...
I’m overtired... I need to rest...
There’s not enough time in the day...
I just need a break...
I don’t get any help...
I’m still eating healthy...
my body is getting old... I’m mentally exhausted...
.... I could go on and on‼️ All valid reasons, but none of them are helping me reach my goals! 🎯
So, what reasons have you been using, to avoid prioritizing yourself?
Today was face up day, and
honestly I didn’t really much like it 🤬
but instead of letting my MEAN girl out to attack me and call me down,
I told her to F.O. and...
take her excuses with her💥
And then I committed to go all in🔥
To take on this new program…
And today was day 1 ....
and all the awesomeness 🎉

We hit the beach by 7.30 am when we are on vacation. My workout was waiting for me when I got home (8 hours later).
Now it would have been easy to skip it. Sun, surf, kids- you name it. But I had a shift in my mindset a while back.
I don't workout because I have to. I workout because I GET to... I am blessed enough to have a body that can do physical things.
I am blessed to have a beautiful family and I want to take care of me so I can enjoy them as long as possible. Working out lets me do that.
I don't hate working out- I LOVE me and so I workout. #workoutforyou#loveyourself
I did it! Day 1 of our new program is FINALLY here and I couldn’t be more excited! My arms were literally shaking by the end of the lifting portion and my abs were burninggggg at the end! Not going to lie, I’m nervous about how sore I’ll be in the morning, but I’m excited for the challenge for the next 8 weeks!
Having a new schedule with a rest day during the week (AND weekends) is going to be the perfect flow for my week! I can go for a run, a walk, go fishing, more time with the puppies or just simply lounging on my rest days if I want!
Don’t be afraid to lift weights! Don’t be afraid to try something new! Doing a variety of fitness programs is what keeps me going in my journey so I don’t get bored!
I went grocery shopping yesterday.. $175 for me and B. 🥗🍎🥑🥦🍠🥕
I invested into an income producing, online business... $180. 🏝🏠✈️💰📱
Here’s the deal👉🏼 I was honestly not in a place to be putting down any 🙅🏼♀️ money for workout and shakes, let alone start a business (that I didn’t even know how I was going to work because I was going to school and already had a job). 🤦🏼♀️
But once I earned my first paycheck, was able to use it for my week of groceries— that’s when it got real.😳That’s when I knew how valuable that $180 investment was...
Not saying I didn’t have to work hard after that investment, because I did/ still do. I’m just sometimes still shocked that you can literally build the life of your dreams, be your own boss and actually make an impact for $180 & some hustle.😳

Timber's previous owner reported she was good with kids and cats, but we do not have any first hand information. However, she is good with other dogs ranging from puppies to other seniors! She was very good about being groomed and travels well in the car.

Day 1 is complete!! Woot Woot 😬 I feel like Vicki from RHOC 🙈 hahaha doesn’t she say something like that? Oh well, I’m so freaking happy my workout is complete for the day because I am utterly exhausted. Yesterday was busy and I’ve felt like I’ve been running on low. Saturday’s float was so much fun!
So much that it’s taken a couple days to recover. To be fair I was up for about 30 hours straight so yesterday I only left the house for food. My body was burnt pretty good so now I’m to the fun itchy stage of my sunburn. I’m grateful to have another night off to recover but I’m feeling pretty worthless right now. If I didn’t have Buddy pinning me down I would be forced to get up but since he’s so cute I can’t wake him up. Whether it’s getting a new pup, starting to workout, making your nutrition a priority, joining a mom’s group or having your kiddo start a new school. The anticipation, or the way you visualize a future event, may be your limiting factor. There is ample evidence suggesting that anxiety is always more intense during the anticipation than the performance phase.
There are certainly many levels of anxiousness. But one of the best tips I’ve learned is to tell yourself you’re excited versus telling yourself to calm down. The body’s response to excitement is closer to the response of anxiousness...more so than it is to calming down. Try saying out loud “I’m Excited!” when you start to feel a bit anxious. See if it works for you too!
