Your head, neck, and chest always facing forward. Happy Sunday y’all! As I get older (be 35 this summer) I realize that it gets harder and harder to loose the belly fat. When I look back at the times when I had a lean physique there was one thing that stood out. I was VERY ACTIVE! Playing sports all the time and always being outdoors. It’s not as easy as you get older and start adding wife, kids, animals and everything else. So making sure that I carve out time during my week (2-3 times) for cardio is going to be crucial. And cardio doesn’t have to mean running, using the elliptical machine or the “normal” stuff we think of. I will post later today a few exercises that I use to make sure I don’t get bored.
