Huge Thanks to @thezenforge for sending me these 2 incredible handmade forged pendants. He sent me the 1 on the left 6 months ago shortly after my dad died suddenly (2 days before Christmas, tomorrow marks 6 months). Surprisingly, I received the 1 on the right today. He makes incredible pieces of art = these 2 are truly amazing symbols of strength. I now know 3 incredibly talented blacksmiths = @thezenforge, @ryanjpitts1 who made the Globe Spikes (amazing tools for strict push-ups) & is currently making me 4 custom made pieces of strength equipment for my garage gym, @ironheadmike81 who made my custom made 55lb/25kg mace & is currently making me an insanely awesome old fashioned v-bar dip stand & an insanely awesome pull-ups stands with fantastic features (so I can use outside). Here’s a Reeves Romanian deadlift biomechanical drop set protocol. The Reeves deadlift is an old school bodybuilding movement made popular by the legendary Steve Reeves who also happened to be cast as the first Hercules due to his incredible physique. Much of his size can actually be attributed to his famous Reeves deadlift as the inordinately wide grip combined with axial overload in the form of a deadlift produces enormous levels of mechanical tension, muscular damage, and metabolic stress on just about every muscle in the body. Unfortunately most individuals are unable to handle substantial loads during this movement making it difficult to truly crush the lower body to the same extent as the upper back and traps.
By modifying the Reeves deadlift and turning it into a Reeves single leg RDL as shown here by my awesome athlete @austinvkane not only do we reap the same upper body benefits as the traditional Reeves deadlift but we now receive exponentially greater lower body stimulation. As a result this becomes a full body functional strength and mass builder.
To further increase the hypertrophy stimulus, perform a biomechanical drop set by either gripping the bar in a more traditional manner and continue performing RDL’s, or continue the set by performing bilateral RDL’s with the same Reeves grip setup. Yesterday the team and I were on site to give a little TLC to the golfers participating in the annual @krginsurance golf tournament at @kingvalleygc

We noticed that the vast majority had similarities with // office work and back pain\\ . This, on top of swinging clubs all day wrecked havoc on their low backs - which made for a busy day

Rather than “stretching” them, we focused on things like:
✅Joint traction (to release compressional forces)
✅Trigger point releasing (to release taut bands of muscle fibres)
✅Functional movements corrections (to apply Sports specific movement in prehabilitation manners)

What is it? 
A non bro science approach to your body based on movement patterns. 
Using the screen to assess the bodies mobility and stability during 7 common movement patterns to find your movement dysfunctions and help program correctives to help you move well, and move often. 
My goal in this profession is to take the best parts of all philosophies and methods and utilize them to bring the best service I can In terms of health and longevity through exercise and nutrition. I don’t think there is one correct way to eat or train to reach your goals. I think you should have adequate mobility and stability to move pain free and efficiently and then be able to chase your goals whether they are aesthetic, performance, or any other way based. 
Eat well, move well, and live well. 
I’ll be looking for individuals interested in getting screened so I can put this knowledge to use. So if interested in screening, slide in my DMs 💪

First I would like to thank @moveu_official for providing great information and repetitively promoting how important posture is not only during working out but our daily lives as well. I would like to thank @dr.jacob.harden for demonstrating that fear can hold us back from achieving our full potential, through your videos I understood how our brain sends false alarms and halts our progress towards recovery sometimes for movements we know we are familiar and capable of.
Lastly I would like to thank @fitness_iq for his thorough information of form when lifting heavy weight , where I was able to look back and assess what incorrect movement led to injury in the first place.

My movement rehabilitation as of yesterday morning(first bit of the video) compared to this afternoon(when I am squatting outdoors). Form is not perfect but slowly getting better, as I work on my shoulder blade control to sit into my squat with perfect balance. One of the key points that led to multiple injuries was neglecting a blown shoulder blade injury I got very embarassingly. I believe this led to the whole track on my left side of the body to weaken, over time creating false compensations to hold myself up, without realizing & leaving me prone to injury. Apparently your shoulder blade is key in keeping your core stable and balanced as well as everything else below. I would like to say I am sure my statements are riddled with errors & inaccuracies.

One of the key points that led to multiple injuries was neglecting a blown shoulder blade injury I got very embarassingly. I believe this led to the whole track on my left side of the body to weaken, over time creating false compensations to hold myself up, without realizing & leaving me prone to injury. Apparently your shoulder blade is key in keeping your core stable and balanced as well as everything else below. В общем, если вы сможете найти время для упражнений, которому вы будете постоянно придерживаться, у вас будет гораздо больше шансов тренироваться регулярно и получить желаемый результат.
Цикл сон-бодрствование является примером суточного или циркадного ритма. Именно этот цикл регулирует температуру тела, артериальное давление, активность и обмен веществ, не говоря о других физиологических функций. В целом, эти ритмы соответствуют нашим суткам, и могут быть перенастроены при определенных обстоятельствах. Время суток, когда мы занимаемся спортом, является одним из таких сигналов. Исследование, проведенное в Университете Северного Техаса , в городе Дентон показало, что хотя циркадные ритмы являются врожденными, мы можем перенастроить их, меняя свое поведение . Например, будильник, определенное времени приема пищи и даже наших тренировок – могут быть сигналами, помогающими нам перенастроить ритмы. Они обнаружили, что люди, которые регулярно тренируются утром "приучают" свой организм к упражнениям именно в это время суток. При этом, при переходе на упражнения в вечернее время, они испытывают упадок сил.

.... große Begeisterung, ausgeprägte Neigung, Passion für etwas was man sich immer wieder zu verschaffen sucht .....Begeisterung, Eifer, Hingabe, Sehnsucht, Faible, Fieber, Rausch, Verzückung ☺️..... das ALLES (lt. Duden)😅und noch viel mehr .... aber nichts beschreibt mehr das Gefühl dafür was ich tue und wofür ich brenne 🔥!! Auch wenn es mal Tage gibt an denen ich das Gefühl habe nicht 💯 % geben zu können , der Kopf leer ist , die Ideen nach 16 Jahren auch mal ausbleiben und man das Gefühl hat anderen nicht mehr gerecht zu werden .......wirklich NICHTS macht mich glücklicher als anderen zu einem besseren Körpergefühl zu verhelfen, Ihnen zu zeigen was da noch alles in ihnen steckt, was noch schlummert und geweckt werden muss und dass der Körper zu so vielem MEHR im Stande ist zu tun als man denkt !!!! ❤️ Ich bin so so dankbar für ALLES was ich habe, für jeden der diese Leidenschaft mit mir teilt, der meine „Verrücktheiten“ mitmacht , der MICH aushält, der mir den Rücken stärkt @chrisgross1907 ❤️, meine Ideen mit mir zusammen umsetzt und sich begeistern lässt für jegliche Art von Sport !!! 🙈🤩😌😃

Kiedy ćwiczenia symetryczne wydają się proste warto spróbować tych angażujących jedną stronę ciała. Trening tego typu wzmocni stabilizację tułowia i obręczy, pomoże w utrzymaniu prawidłowej postawy i przede wszystkim da dobry wycisk, a przecież o to tu chodzi😈💪 Takich ćwiczeń jest cała masa. Na filmach macie:
1. Burpees jednorącz - jedno z moich ulubionych❤ a co jakbysmy nagle musieli funkcjonować bez ręki?
2. Wiosłowanie hantelką w odporze- przy prawidłowym utrzymaniu pozycji mocno angażuje tzw. "core", poprawi czucie głębokie i stabilizację stawu barkowego, a co robi samo wiosło wiadome. Im szerzej ustawione stopy tym prościej.
3. Unoszenie naprzemiennych rąk i nóg w klęku podpartym - kolana oczywiście nie dotykają ziemi. Ideałem jest zachowanie kątów prostych i jak najmniejsze poruszanie tułowiem.
4. Rotacje w klęku- to samo bez dotykania kolanami ziemi, za każdym razem powrót do tej pozycji, kończyny naprzemienne.
5. Przyciąganie kolana w podporze na piłce - wyniesie ona to ćwiczenie na wyższy poziom 😉
6. Wchodzenie do podporu na przedramieniu, na piłce - i to powiem Wam, że jest wyzwaniem nawet dla mnie. Kozaki próbować!👌
