By no means do I want to discredit or say anything bad about the chiropractic industry but when we take a good hard look at the science ... your bones are held by muscle tensions and it’s Fascia (the connective weblike tissue that surrounds your muscles and covers the entire human body) it’s what makes the bones / joints float in the space they are today, if they are floating in a position that causes pain you can see why just a slight massage and manipulation of the bones through adjustments will give you relief very temporarily which won’t last at all permanently, you need to restore the muscle tensions in the body so it actually stays pain free !!! Think how wires and software work in a computer you must do the same with your nervous system to encode decompression of the bones! 
Don’t get fooled by a traditional chiropractor saying “see me twice a week for the next 51 visits “ in which you just come in for 20 mins and you are out of there in no time with a adjustment... take a look on how the nervous system and the fascia cover the entire human body

As you can observe that I really love doing legs! I'm quite fond of slow contractions leading up from the eccentric phase for the posterior chain and then ending to the concentric contraction. You may notice that I did use a little of my lumbar spine to get the weight up. However, that is normal but quite frankly should not be done as much. Da domenica 16 dicembre e fino a fine aprile 2019, ogni 5 settimane si potranno provare alcuni degli allenamenti del corso di GINNASTICA MILITARE FUNZIONALE “HARD PARK TRAINING”.Un TOUR che toccherà una serie di parchi tra BOLOGNA E PROVINCIA, iniziando dal polmone verde per eccellenza del capoluogo bolognese. 
Dalla nascita di questo corso unico nel suo genere, è la prima volta che l’HPT, seppur in maniera non ravvicinata, si svolgerà durante la stagione invernale. Ogni domenica l’inizio delle sedute sarà alle 9.30, e per un’ora, potrete cercare di intuire se il vostro fisico e soprattutto il VOSTRO CARATTERE e FORZA DI VOLONTÀ, sono all’altezza di questa esperienza. La presenza a queste tappe darà un canale preferenziale per le iscrizioni all’ OPEN DAY del corso spin off ispirato al film “FULL METAL JACKET” e che si terrà da maggio a luglio 2019, in attesa del ritorno dell’ HARD PARK TRAINING nel 2020, nella sua trimestrale formula competitiva.

Sometimes I spread 10g of Peanut butter on top which adds 60 cals Almost double the cals and more than double the fats! Is it worth it......if it fits my macros it is!

Here’s a little #insidescoop on my routine. On a daily basis I track my:

👉🏻 Weight
👉🏻 Body Fat %
👉🏻 Total Steps
👉🏻 Macros (Fats, Carbs, Protein)

These are the 4 major factors that I track to gauge my health & overall activity levels. Now, is it necessary to track all of these things? Absolutely not. I use these numbers to help me better understand myself.

Even though there are a lot of figures on that spreadsheet, I just look at the averages from week to week to really dictate my training or nutrition protocols.
_
For example, my average caloric intake for the week were 3,169 calories. That’s about 400 calories above average for me. If I were to keep at this pace for the next few weeks, I would expect to put on 1-3 pounds over that period. 
_
This can also help dictate when it’s time to reduce my calories to put me in a deficit. I would typically stay in a higher phase for more than 4-6 weeks, or until I feel that I am stalling out in the caloric surplus. 
_
While coaching clients & for myself, these are the 4 major things that I track.
_
Now, tracking these things is not typically sustainable long-term, but they sure can help you better understand your body & how it reacts to your activity levels & nutrition.
_

I’d just got in from completing my daily run (for my 30 day running challenge) and my son Mason 4 years old at the time said he wanted to have a workout before bed.
